Important note guys! When making a white sauce (the butter/flour/milk thing) DON'T add your milk all at once. This often leads to it clumping. Add it little bit at a time, whisking until its fully incorporated before adding more. Only add a little at first, slowly adding more and more once the sauce becomes more... saucy. It gets to a point where you don't even need measurements. White sauces are very easy to make, so long as you do it right. It's a fantastic base for so many pasta dishes.
