Replace shifter pegs

came here to confirm that it’s still counter clockwise to remove the heel shifter peg but my peg does NOT want to come off, and i managed to shave off the ridges 😅😅😅 guess i need some vice grips or something

Sometimes those vice grips become the wrench, lol. Hope it doesn't fuss much.

What is the tool you use to tighten the pegs. My BF has the pegs but they are coming off the screws?

Just used an allen wrench. Are the screws becoming loose? If yes, then use some Threadlocker. If they are actually coming off the screw itself, it could be a defect and just need to be replaced. Thanks for watching.
