Jhiaxus would be an interesting big bad. A shared enemy Optimus and Megatron team up against. Plus his darwinist philosophy gives him a little extra to sink your teeth into.
Oh, that would be a fantastic idea for a live action film! The G2 comic premise would be nice for a major motion picture and certainly, Jhiaxus and his "next generation" would make for great on-screen foes. Maybe help drive up sales for his current Voyager figure too, to appeal to Hasbro lol

I think TF movies will struggle to have a memorable villain until we're able to have a solely TF-focused film where they won't have to juggle building up the antagonists with establishing a bond between TFs and humans. Oddly enough that means I'm more optimistic about the chances of Transformers: One being the film that finally has that breakthrough (to say nothing of the fact that, with Spider-Verse being a smash hit twice over, I'm hoping we've reached a point where Hollywood is willing to take bigger risks on unique animation) 🙏
Not including Megs and BW Megs...honestly I think the best villains are comic exclusives, so far, which is really unfortunate.
Jhiaxus, Pharma, Sunder i think all 3 have yet to have a tv or movie appearance.
I disagree with this, but I respect it. TFA and TFP had great interpretations of Megatron, Starscream, and others, RiD 2015 had Steeljaw among others, and AoE had Lockdown, among others.
Scourge was the best live action TF villain, and one of the scariest TF villain in any media. I loved him

I really liked sentinel’s character DOTM but his end wasn’t really what I was hoping for

It's awesome seeing the different people coming together because of Keyan's project.
I'll throw in my hat for ideas: Blitzwing should make a return. Think this- he comes back as a side antagonist after being rebuilt with the triple-changer quirk (as a shoutout to TFA), and gets more screentime cause he deserves it- this was something I've wanted since BBM. It'd be very logical. :-) But we know how not-logical execs like to be… Shockwave would be very disappointed.
I would have prefered Blitzwing in bumblebee, since has cool design. I wish he lived, and he took on a tank mode.

Man I wish shockwave gets to be like a psycho again, his depiction in War for Cybertron was scary and nicely contrasts Elita One, i just wish we had more time with them.

Galvatron (BWII) is so underrated. Also randomly recommended this channel.
My favourite villains from the franchise include:
Marvel G1 Thunderwing. His affinity for the Matrix and appreciation of his loyal troops were what I liked about him.
Marvel G1 Scorponok. The Zarak component's inner conflict regarding the morality of his actions made him more than a two dimensional villain.
Shockwave. His devotion to logic makes him more interesting, and even reasonable, than the ego driven Megatron or Starscream.

Lockdown was an interesting villain but I thought his voice was terrible. It seemed strained and unsuited to a villain in a major summer blockbuster.
I think Quintessa has potential but was let down by being in a Baymovie.

Yep, Quakeblast uses the Animated Ironhide/Ratchet/Autotrooper body but with a head that's actually inspired by IDW Damus!

@@onetrackmind3558 Mostly it's just a Shockwave reference in general, since "Blast" was a go-to swap for character names Hasbro lost the rights to in the 2000s, hence some versions of Shockwave being called Shockblast.
He DOES also have powers akin to Black Panther's kinetic absorption/repulse effect though!
I Like Scourge From R.O.T.B Because He Is a Servant To Unicron, Kills Anybot and Con Who Stand In His Way To Compete His Mission, He Takes Their Symbols For His Collection Of The Killed and Defeated Opponent's Symbols, He Clever Transformers Villain To Make His Plans To Work, and He is a Powerful Transformers Villain That Optimus Prime Hard To Defeated Until The Final Battle.
