My mother use to make meatballs but she would replace a couple of the ingredients. She would replace the bread crumbs with Rice Krispies and she would replace the milk with apple sauce.

Happy Birthday young lady! Rhonda, The only way to properly mix meatballs/meatloaf is with your bare hands. I'll be trying that meatball recipe next weekend. I've never used rolled oats before always used bread crumbs.
