Getting stuck happens to anyone that gets off the highway. I got stuck on an asphalt parking lot one time. It had ice on it and my tires were hot from running on the highway and they melted the ice in the 5 minutes I was in there. Had to break the in front of the tires to get it moving. Driving a dump truck I got stuck more than one time. Love to watch your family you'll are great. God bless.

Hey even dads get stuck to it's just a part of it when you got to deal with a wet weather I remember when I was in my teens we had a pull-behind Chopper and wagons when my dad wasn't sitting in the end of The field waiting on us to get back with the empty wagon that ment he was stuck then he would be buried up to the axles with a four-wheel drive thank you guys for sharing your day today takes me back to a good time in my life working with a family like on the farm the greatest thing in life

You guys need mud scrapers between the duals on your trucks and push bars mounted on the trucks, trailers and on a push tractor. End dumps are pushed all the time. If gets really bad its Safety Pulls besides. This is all standard for beet harvesting in Minnesota.

You might think your daughter is doing great but look at her role model .You went and started chopping with no question or instructions ,feed the calves, put supper on the table and manage a house how many women can do that or even men for that matter. Take care and tell hubby he's got something special with that mother daughter team a lot of farmers would love to have that kind of help
After seeing the mower stuck multiple times in that field I'm surprised you could get the trucks in the field at all , as long as it comes out on the same day it gets hung up it doesn't really count! Note to Kensie from an old farmer/trucker, never leave home in a truck or tractor without at least 1good chain. You never know when you will need it. Keep up the great work, you will master the shifting in no time. Any driver that tries to tell you he has never been stuck or crashed a gear is one of 2 things: either he is lieing or he has never been near a truck. Dont let it get to you, it'll get better.

I have one or two 30 feet long 6" tow straps in most of my Trucks.. One to pull out most things two side by side to pull out Michigan Doubles when they get stuck delivering lime as they are 160,000# Loaded.. Also keep two clevises in most trucks . You can take off at 3 MPH or more and give them a jerk and they stretch ..
I drive semi so McKenzie your doing just fine driving...try not looking down and see if you remember the shifting pattern.... What a great family you have ma'am
not much you can do when you got to get things done lol great video and maybe you could look into a mudhog front axle for a truck to make it it all wheel drive
Look at you shift Kenzie! I knew you would get the hang of it in no time. Like another viewer said, just relax, you know what to do. That was my biggest issue when I learned. Gotta love the mud too! Wouldn't have it any other way 👍
Even with the interlock and locker and all 18 gears, we've all gotten stuck in a field. I've chained my service truck more than once doing farm calls and construction calls. It actually plays into what tires I choose to buy and how I distribute weight on my service truck. Don't beat yourself up. Farm happens.
