It’s so silly they got rid of them. Still has good years of service left. Even worse that they just scrap them. Such a waste. Wished they produced these buses the rest of the country
Thanks so much. It sure is a blast to drive. Brutally crude, outrageously big and heavy, and seriously over powered and “audio” from the engine that satisfies. Crown was king of school buses. This is one of the finest and most expensive yellow Crowns ever built. You definitely feel like you’re “king” when you pilot this giant Crown Tandem Axle beast. Oh, I almost forgot. It has 8 wheel drive with locking transfer case, for snow driving. Insane!
Man this thing’s a monster!!! Can you please do a super long driving video with the camera in the back, as close to the exhaust as possible? I can barely hear the exhaust in this one. Please shift through all 10 gears when you shift, and make sure there’s freeway action in it as well, and no talking, just the pure exhaust sound. Please let me know ASAP.
I will take a Cummins over a DD any day. The Cummins is an easier Engine to work on. A lot better Fuel Injection design. A lot of fewer parts that can wear out or fail.
Beautiful Tandem! ❤ I love the visors on the crossovers and ambers!
Always a Pleasure, Mr. Al!🏁🏁
shifting like he's licking postage stamps!

this is the only crown I've ever seen that actually had ambers
It's beautiful, looks like Riverside Ca. My mother learned how to drive one of those to pass the school bus test.
Awesome shifting👌😎 Wish I had one of those 🥰
Rare to see yellow lights on those
now this is a crown. the tandem rear axle is a proper crown to me. if only it had a 6v92 in it that would even make it more of a proper crown.
Listen to that rumble! ❤️
