Do you really need a GPS Tracker on your bike? Could you just use a Apple AirTag instead? Will it prevent people from steeling it? making it harder?

I installed one on my bike the other month. It's an excellent unit for the price, just fit and forget, no monthly charge, and it gives you peace of mind. I fitted my unit and a green light came on. Then later, I took the bike off the stand for a brief moment, and almost immediately Sizzapp alerted me - which came as a big surprise - and thus proving it was definitely working! The device has a built-in movement sensor, so it doesn't just rely on GPS, but obviously you need the GPS signal to track the bike if it gets stolen. I'm very happy with my unit, which has been working perfectly for a few weeks now. I'll have to read the manual sometime though, and find out about all the features! 😀
