Great figure. It's just sad to me in 2024 that hot toys still haven't figure out how to make the hands be the same seamless material as the suit.

Red and blue suit looks incredible, I'm very impressed with the likeness I might have to give it a 10.

Passing on Marvel and DC. Only Star Wars and iconic cinematic franchise characters are coming in my collection.

@OneSixthFigureFocus Nah, I already have the Prime 1 & Blitzway DUNE Paul Atreides statue. Plus, I'm waiting on the Paul Atreides spice blue-eyed version.

@OneSixthFigureFocus Yeah, statues cost an arm and leg sometimes lol. If certain Dune 1/6 scale figures are produced, I'll get them.

You’ve just lost a subscriber. Your opinion is wrong. Team Tobey or nothing.. all jokes aside, this figure looks phenomenal and can’t wait to add him to the collection! Sweet video as always🔥

I still prefer the Andrew suits or even better the Classic suit. I don't like at all the glossy looking of this one. Thanks for the review

Got this on pre-order from sideshow and I've been waiting like 2 years. I pre-ordered it I think in December of 2022

Honestly you're better off leaving Tobey, Andrew, and the Integrated suit behind. All 3 are solid figures but imo I don't think they're worth it value wise and display wise. The red and blue suit on its own is enough👌 Looks absolutely incredible

You got a point but I think the nostalgia factor is crucial here.
I saw the Tobby movies with my oldest sister back in the day.
      The same happened with Andrew.
For me they are part of my childhood memories.
However figures wise they are not great.

The final swing is 100%. Tobey en route and I will be able to get Andrew and integrated but from what I’ve seen there’s issues with all of them. However I do love NWH and made me respect tobey and Andrew’s renditions more. Will think on it

Solid point so Andrew and Tobey make sense for me. I’d be picking them up on the strength of NWH (which I loved) but I don’t have that connection with their original 3/2 movies

I am happy that I ordered. Tobey to me is the best spider but I have my complaints with all the 3 versions. Tobey made a better Peter, funny and shy, nerdy and yes Peter used Glasses but I didn't like that web pattern in high relief in his suit, I do not like how his web was coming from his wrists and in addition, I do not like the green Goblin, suit and mask not accurate at all. Sandman was a bad guy in all sense and Eddie Brock was an strong and tall man, not like the skinny dude of the movie. JJ was perfect and he never was bold like in the Holland version. Gwen in the comics is beautiful but Mary Jane was gorgeous, hot and funny, coquette and a extrovert girl. The doc Oct was good in general. Garfield is a kind a cool Peter in a skateboard, I don't like it because Peter Parker never was like that. The lizard was too big and he always keep the lab coat. In other hand the first girlfriend of Peter was the sweet Gwen Stacy but the green Goblin was the killer of her. I didn't like Tom Holland because it wasn't to nerd and shy, he didn't have a fat Asian friend, in fact he didn't have friends until he was going to college and he was a little more social. Tony Stark never gave made the Spider-man suit but he made the iron spider armor and it was red and gold, not like in the version movie. Peter never have an afro American girlfriend and Flash was a tall strong blondie dude, a bully, later in the comics he made a friendship with Peter. I like movies when you can see caracters that don't change too much from the comics or books.
The one thing in common of these 3 spider men is that they keep the sense of humor of Peter, specially as Spiderman he has a good sense of humor.

Thanks for watching and commenting. The duty of a film maker is to create a their vision/movie interpretation of the source material. It's not their responsibility to do a "direct lift" from comic to screen. That often doesn't work. Holland is my preferred Spider-Man based on the strength of the movies he featured in: Civil War, Homecoming, Infinity War, End Game, Far from Home and No Way Home. That's a great selection of movies. His performance as both Peter and Spiderman, the angle the film makers took, the strength of the movies and the story from Civil War to the end of No Way Home was done very well. The fact that they didn't stick rigidly to the source material but picked and chose what made it to the screen is one of the main things I liked and was probably key to the success of those movie. Source material is important and must be respected but that doesn't mean it has to be stuck to rigidly. I'm not sure why the inclusion of actors/characters of different ethnicities bothered you. I don't think it matters. A good actor is a good actor. A good performance is a good performance. Zendaya and Jason Batalon played their roles very well but then again that's whats important to me. The story was good, the action was good and their performances were good. That's what I liked. That's what I remember.
