@@alviseven1250 I understand. I was thinking on replacing just the battery cells to 12 Li. Lighter, more energy dense, and should still charge the same. Nothing but batteries changed. Keep original control gear. Totally different category I know, but I changed two 35Ah 12v lead batteries for lithium batteries (with built in controller) on a mobility scooter. Lighter, further, faster charging.
Wonderfull quirky little things. Thought about changing the Lead acid for Lithium?
