similar experience, Bootcamp, jr role at a start-up (cool company and great people, still good friends with them now). Start-up paid reaaaaaaaaaaaaal bad though. Looked elsewhere, Got a more corporate mid Ux role. Bam! 48% wage increase, better benefits and home life balance is prob better.

I might try Design Labs bootcamp. How did you get your start?

Hi Hebe. I am a Visual Designer and I am about to finish my UX bootcamp and recently got an offer for a UX/UI position. But this company also wants me to create their graphic content (since my background is in graphics) and supervise a jr. designer. The pay is not good. My first instinct is to reject it but being an adult without an income is extremely difficult post bootcamp. I also quit my full time job to enroll into the bootcamp. How would you approach negotiating an offer? Can you share some of your salary / offers research approaches? Thank you.

I love your videos! Just one feedback: I would love the audio to be more clear + crisp! Your voice is a bit soft so I have to turn up the volume but then there is noise / echo from the background.
