Youre very good at giving the right cues. I figured out I was probably arching my back slightly in all other workouts that I ever did before with similar exercises, this was so much harder thanks!

Dunno if i could do this one. Kneeling is v uncomfortable. Too much kneeling on floorboards for mass n rosary when growing up. Mite hv to stick to glute exercises whilst lying prone, they cause cramps 🤣🤣.Whered u get that smlr mat? Looks like it doesn't slide around. 🤞
@@WorkoutWithRoxanne did do this workout kneeling n the discomfort in the knees paled in comparison to the burning/cramping in the buttocks. More so in the butt of the kneeling leg!thnx RR, youve killed me again 😆😆✔️✔️🔥🔥💜

The most challenging part was ending each exercise with the pulse. Great workout!

Yes try and keep your abs as tight as possible not to arch the back. And really focus on using the glute to lift the leg 🥰💪🏼🙌🏼

If you’re suffering from L5/S1 Disc protrusion or herniation this is a really good series of glute excercises . Check and do them all out.
