    That felt amazing 🤩 I know I’ll def see a difference soon. I’m 47 & lost pretty much all my muscle mass a few years back. It’s hard but I’m pushing thru 💪🏼🥴 thank you 🙏🏼

      Hello 🥰 Exercise combined with a healthy nutritious diet, that is within your daily calories will help you achieve your goals. Unfortunately you can't spot reduce fat but you can increase muscle mass with specific exercises, which will help you achieve the goals you want. Exercise should be combined with a healthy diet to reduce fat on the butt. This workout will help strengthen your glutes and build muscle in the area💪

    This workout I was feeling in my knees, what am I doing wrong?

      Walk your feet out further from your hips, you could be really tight. Make sure you warm up before you exercise. Do you have any injuries, a lot could cause knee pain. 💖

      Hey lovely, no way, you're not. Move your heels in closer to your hips when doing bridges and try that.😊

    I don't feel it in the gluteus. More like my back and neck.

      When you lie on your back, relax your shoulders and drive from your heels when you lift your hips, keeping your spine straight. Try not to arch the back, keep your core activated by drawing your belly button to your spine ❤️ Let me know how you go.
