In my humble opinion, showing pride doesn’t stand for who I love, it’s letting the world know that I’m a safe person to be exactly who you are without fear. 🏳️🌈❤🌈💋
Pride is such a beautiful word - pride in our knitting, pride in our community, getting out of bed in the morning and having pride in what you see in the mirror. Its a gift to have pride 🙂

My Uncle Willy was apart of the Harvey Milk movement. I recall as a youngster how he was treated in the 70s. I attend almost every🌈 PRIDE event our city offers I’m absolutely positive he would be so extremely happy that things are changing for the positive, unfortunately I lost my Favorite Uncle to the AID’s virus in 1982. I support and LOVE all. I’m so Thankful I found your channel. I look forward to every episode. XOXO

Such a great idea, the mini granny square blanket. Also fun to see the color evolution into the dying. You both crack me up with the bag and coffee buying side comments. One of those two similar looking yarns looks more gray in color and the other a tinge of purple

For the Granny Blanket, you should look into an envelope border. It's a good way to hide all the ends.

Last week a local beach/tourist town had a ribbon cutting for their Pride crosswalk. Supported by the municipality but not funded, a 10 year old ally launched a fundraising campaign and raised enough for not one but two permanent crosswalks.
I did a double take when you mentioned Eucalan. I always forget it is known world wide and not just locally where it had it’s humble beginnings.
That is awesome to hear about the crosswalk, so cool to have a supportive town.

We were pretty nervous about the learning curve, there is one, but so many helpful videos out there.
BFL is my favorite wool. It seems to take color and turn it so vibrant. Also i love the substantial and soft feel of it. Im super glad to see it being available in more places 🖤🐈⬛🖤 #crochet pride
