What you do with something that looks beyond saving is truly amazing. I can’t wait for the next video. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for the trip down memory lane, revisiting a younger Kyle, and his never ending battle with rust.
Watching this restoration was like watching a live performance done perfectly in C10 Major.
Most enjoyable recap of a great rebuild series.
As a 4-5-6 addict I approve this message
One of my favourite pastimes - reminiscing with people I don't know. So many great memories, the laughs, the tears, the cats. A great result and I'm really enjoying the Chicken Truck (although Waylon's truck was full of turkeys). Keep 'em coming, great work and really entertaining!
WOW that looks super easy! I think I'll start doing it. I'm heading out to buy some sheets of sandpaper and a hacksaw. You're wonderful video has inspired me.
Excellent job
That was fun rewatching. Like watching Star Wars with no dialogue, just the music only. 😊
We like your videos no matter what form they're in. Thanks as always.
I watched every step of this but couldn't stop watching this recap. What a great job!
Thanks Roger!
Kyle, love this restoration. You again showed folks a rusty old truck or car can be restored. GREAT JOB
The choice of music gives a whole new dimension when watching a project like this,, 👍😎👍
Thank you soo much Kyle,, 💖🙏💖
SECOND COMMENT: Being in Western Europe, I'm at least 7 perhaps even 8 time zones ahead of you. So while you're posting your episodes in the daytime, for me it's evening. And after a full day, it's quite appealing to flop on the couch, put TH-cam on my big screen and watch you do what you do best with soothing symphonic music in the background. The fast speed video and the soothing string music make for a mesmerizing effect that helps one wind down. It's good stuff. Keep up the good work. (Nice haircut by the way)
The glazed over version was fun to watch.
It's not like you have "agents" lending a hand, like some guy out in the
Cold after a War with his Motors, lol.
Great Show! My only criticism is I thought there would be more focus on your hair styles during the build. I also want to thank you for broadening my classical music horizons beyond Elmer Fudd's "Kill the Wabbit" Cheers
The best Looney Tunes clasical music cartoon was the one with Elmer Fudd conducting at Cornegie Hall! That's what a love about your intro Randahl--the Mel Blanc sound bite!😆
Thanks Randahl! Please stay tuned for an upcoming video on the progression of my hair styles. It's so important that I wanted to do a detailed stand-alone video on the subject. Also, you may enjoy the hair restoration series that will be premiering in January on this channel.
It was fun to see that truck come together again. Thanks for the replay.
I watched you do this truck earlier but seeing the time lapse video is easily as enjoyable--I really appreciate the music! It was only a few years ago when everybody used rap music without a thought! I hated it! Best wishes to you, man--you deserve a good life.
All kidding aside , this video highlighted your skills and talent, I can’t wait to see the outcome of the chicken truck! Something you are really interested in doing
Start to finish. Again nice music to action compilation.
I like it also the music
Disconnected the battery to prevent the computer from being damaged. Thumbs up! (haha!)
That truck looks so much better with that primer removed.
Makes you wonder why on Earth did the previous owner paint over the original colour?
Between the tears and sitting on the edge of my seat... You sir, are the Hitchcock of TH-cam videos!
I had forgotten how extensive on this one was. Nice Kittens.
Glazed over version most enjoyable! Czech music, lots of welding, hair repair and cat action. Good solid content. A lot of youtubers could learn from your videos. Cheers! 😎👌🛻🏁🏁
The Chevy trucks from 60 to 66 are my favorites. Thanks for another look at her .
Every time you post a video I breathe a sigh of relief! I'm all like, "yay I have something awesome to watch!" Thanks for all your hard work. I know editing videos really sucks bad 🫂💜
Thanks! The editing is a hassle, but it's all worthwhile when I hear from people who enjoy the show!
A masterpiece!!! 👏👏👏
Doing a great job keep up the good I enjoy watching you put the trucks together
I remember when they kidnapped the music director, and I could choose my own music. Great video, as always. Thanks again for sharing
I'm doing all that to my 64 I'm about 70 % done excellent video I wish I took more of my project
Great humor.
I think you did a wonderful job. I'd be proud to own the 66 chevy. Great job Kyle.
Hi Kyle...
Now that was fun. I downloaded the video and ran it backwards.
That way if I didn't like a repair I could see it being undone!
Have a good one.
Playing it backwards is what the end result of my work looks like!😆
You aren't alone in that club, Glenn.
@@Joe.Doucette 😆 In our cases Joe it's that fresh ocean air and heavy salt diet of our roads!
Well at least it's a better excuse than "I suck"!
Thanks Joe! Great idea to run the video in reverse! Wish I would have thought of that, un-restoration videos could be the next big thing!
I loved the classical music!!!
LOL! I'm glad that computer is safe!
I had a 64 pretty much in the same rust condition. I bought it for $700, drove it for 20 years, and sold it to a Guy for $350 that used it for a parts truck. It was still running and driving great. It was my daily driver for most of those 20 years.
I very much appreciate the classical music. ‘Tired of the standard “techno-beep-bop-boop” or rock-n-roll. I thank you for allowing me to maintain my sanity. Great job!
i forgot your "self-install" demo/instruction for door & rocker-panel from the earlier videos . . . a great labor time-saver for sure - - - others would be wise to employ this technique. Ciao!
Well done 👍
You always do such an amazing job of chasing the cancer. You are one impressive surgeon. Canadyen Eh! Me too! Thanks for the video from Ontario. She's old and decrepit but she's cancer free. Praise God!
you just keep doing what you are doing.
Damn, dude, how can ya stand to fix all that the RIGHT way?? 😮 I was exhausted just from watching your high speed montage! Me, I'm all about chicken wire, bondo, fiberglass, self tappers, license plates, spray paint, and duct tape! Pole Barn Garage style!
I always enjoy your rebuilds your attention to detail is unsurpassed the truck turned out amazing thanks 😊
Had already forgotten the amount of work you put into this. Good job the doors weren't rusty or else it'd be up for the full body section too!
Thanks Bill!
Absolutely astounding! and even more so, to know that it was all accomplished with the soothing musical passages performed by an orchestra. Orchestral passages. Soothing. Astounding. Kitty cats.
Great job. i'd take that truck in a minute.
Nice to see someone driving and fixing a car that is a bigger shitbox than the ones that I run and drive!
With the way you were able to match the speed of the video with the musical pace I'll bet you were a gold medal winner in synchronized swimming at Saskatoon Tech!
Great recap of the C10. Got a kick out of the fast forward mode of the truck repairs then the sudden switch to the slow mo of the cat's jump. Nice change up. Cats love their cameo's.
Totally enjoyable video. Glad you remembered to disconnect the battery to save the computer! 😆great work.
Really enjoyed that. You make all that welding and cutting look so easy. I am jealous.
Looks pretty great!
You are seriously talented! That truck is ready to take it to the next level!
That was awesome 🛻 🇨🇦 and a lot of hard work 💪 👏 I really enjoyed watching 👀 that 👍🛻🇨🇦
Awesome fabrication.
Frame looks good.
Can’t get enough of your work I’m a 75 year old rock and roll music lover but I find your background music is very relaxing keep on keeping on
Love the music. Love your videos.
Kyle, you have to be the luckiest guy in Canada. You have managed to not only find, buy bag the most coveted vintage Chev trucks in the Northern Hemisphere , the few that have the retro fitted optional rocker panel/outer floor panel flow thru ventilation package. Amazing.
True.. rare, early Astro Ventilation option.
Always enjoy your work 🤙🤠👍
Nice truck Kyle. Good job. You work fast.
I am welding a rocker panel on a 64 after lunch. Did the inner and floor support yesterday
Thanks Kyle, I run a body shop for many, many year, but not so mutch rust that you take on😀 I am 75 now, so no more weldig
for me,but I new how good you are in you work.... see you !
Been watching for a while, gave me the courage to restore a completely rusted Jeep tj, what with all the cutting out and welding in new steel. Just finished up and got it on the road. Now I don't know what to do next. I want to do another one, and I don't want to. Conflicted. But a big thanks for the videos!!
I think "Oh Holey Night" might have been good "filler" music for this episode. (pun intended)
VERY VERY GOOD ! and the music is fantastic.
Keep up the good work young man :-)
Wow..!!!
Super nice work…🤠
Looks good to me, excellent job. No negative comments from me
Great job 😊
I like the classical music , and the sweet cats .
In the words of Neil young: rust never sleeps!
Love them old trucks. Especially when their treated so nice.
Great video of detailed repairs.
It looks much better to me ! Lots of people like them this way.makes me think of my uncle Toby. He painted cars for a living and loved Chevy products. He always said , ‘don’t ever use a straight six Chevy engine’. He would get one and immediately throw it away….. I think a small block Chevy would really put this one over the top big guy.
I find it amazing that you remember how it all went back together
I'm very impressed by your ability to create a 66 from a 52...3...1...uhhmmm. wait.what? Different truck? Jeeze...forgot my meds again. Anyhoose, thanks for the recap. She came out great!
Thanks for another great video brother !
Good fill-in ... now back to the masterpiece ...
Great video, the fast version was pretty cool. Can't wait to see more on the chicken truck. Ever thought of doing a cab over? Body chopped and lowered look pretty sweet but you might have some room constraints. Rock on, man.
No plans for a cabover. They are cool, but won't fit in my garage
Outstanding job on that truck. I would buy it if I was near you
I liked your joke about the computer.
Dam good job, once agian!
I'm just a bit older than this truck , i know how it feels when everything starts falling to pieces
Hi Kyle. You have done wonders with this Truck. Someone set a poor Cat off and he came here. I have been taking care of him. He was near starved to death. he is a good Cat,very loving . I am doing my best not to get to attached, due to losing Molly. thank you for all these cool videos. Liked and shared. All my very best.
Hi Bobby! Thanks for taking care of your new cat friend! It's hard not to get attached to the little critters
@@CarterAutoRestyling Hi Kyle. You got that right. He has pale blue eyes . Hard not to just love him. Thank you for the reply It means a lot to me. All my very best.
I hope it is as relaxing for you as it is all of us . Both the hard labor and the music are of some of the finest arts. It’s like a serious ballet mixed with an off the wall magic show while we receive subliminal messages from your cats.
The music and the repair/reconstruction are both inspiring!
Great content! Cheers!
Quel mérite á faire ce travail !! Félicitations ...
i am an old guy. i remember these trucks being used everyday as a truck in the 70's and 80's . thumbs up looks great
NICE!!!
I really like the designer jeans your wearing. The music is fabulous... Your workmanship is superb. Even though i had to wake up and watch it again.🤣🤣🤣🤣
How do you find so many of these beautifully rusty Gems Kyle. Each vehicle has your welded patch panels as your trademark. It wouldn't be a Kyle vehicle without some rust. Nice job welding in all of those patch panels. My best to Edgar and Poe Thanks for the video
Better than some of the trucks you've fixed!
That was my first vehicle in High School! Had rust, but not as bad as that. Miss it every day!
Hope that you managed to find a good home for the truck and bring in some dollars. Best wishes.
Thanks George!
Love the documentary on your madd skills! I genuinely enjoy watching
But I skipped ahead a little bit, just owning it! Because I watched all the videos
