I’m just gonna start my day with this segment. Kim Gravel is the auntie/big sis that we need??!! Her voice is like a hug.
I am an eight-year vintage lady who razzles dazzles down the many lanes of life. I was an educator and loved it. When I retired, I started writing books - now 11 on Amazon and I donate all the sales to animal sanctuaries. I am also a dialysis client, and DO NOT APPRECIATE people saying "Oh, I'm so sorry," I snap back, "DON'T BE SORRY! I HAVE A MACHINE THAT GIVES ME LIFE. THIS IS NOT A DEATH WARRANT; IT IS A LIFE WARRANT! I keep producing, living life on my off days (I call it my part-time job) and APPRECIATING my technicians and the other clients (notice I don't use the word patient as it is a pejorative that sets off emotional responses) with whom I have bonded. So there is good in everything. There is no noticeable expiration date on any of us. Until THE GOOD LORD decides that time has come, I intend, and preach to others, to enjoy life and FIND THE GOOD IN ALL SITUATIONS, Okay, I'm done, Good continued luck on your show,

Tips:
1) you will not feel ready, you just have to do it! Do it afraid basically....
2) your pain has purpose. There is a reason for your mess.
3) take a chance and go for it
4) your low place is pushing you or taking you somewhere
5) don't dispise the journey

Lord, I don't know what all is going on exactly🤔? What is up with all the pit bulls? What is up with the busted out car windows? What was all the people hanging out during my walk? All this loud music especially at night? What is going on? Why does it feel like I am in the "hood"? I don't like these surroundings, Jesus. I wasn't raised like this! Why has everything changed for the worse around me? People driving like they have lost their minds? I don't know what is happening to me? I feel like i am in the Twilight zone! It's not cool! It's not cool, Jesus! What is the deal?
Why would I have to leave my quiet neighborhood to come here with all this noise and waywardness? Going up the street the wrong way? What is going on here? What in the world? 😳
Why do I feel like I am in the hood? 😫 This is a Different World from where I come from! All this loud noise disturbing the peace!
I need to move away from this area. Its going downhill quickly! It's unfortunate too! This was a nice neighborhood. It wasn't bad when Robin first told me to come over here back in July. But lately, it's been a dump like! Real hoodish like..... 😮
I have to change my walking time and my route. That was too much yesterday. I don't know where all those people came from? It was so many of them. They weren't there before all the days I had been walking that route? That was weird! I don't know what that was about? Maybe it was an isolated incident?
I have learned my lesson. I can go back to my life now. I need a job so I can move away from all this noise, pit bulls, and crazy driving. This is crazy!
