Evening Meal:
Ingredients:
tablespoon of vegetable oil
packet of stir fry vegetables
packet of noodles for 2
packet of hoisin tofu
tomato ketchup
Method:
1. put noodles on to cook
2. heated up oil in frying pan
3. added stir fry vegetables and hoisin tofu until cooked.
4. added cooked noodles and stir through some tomato ketchup to taste.
Easy and quick for a holiday meal.
