Yes floss people! If you don’t floss old food will sit between your teeth and start to smell just like the old food in your garbage. That’s how my dentist explained it. 😂😂

Simply Sly love the flossing tools available now make it easier! Another good one letting shower water run in between your teeth. Back in the early 80s that was all the rage people using “water pics”. Not as Thorough as floss but kinda helps.
I would say I suck at flossing every time I floss I would hit my gums then start bleeding.
Lip scrub recipe:

Working at a dental office.. we recommend the oral -B electrical toothbrush with the small head and soft bristles so it can reach all the way in the back of your mouth...
Also yes flossing is very important.. just brushing your teeth is just doing half the job...
Also it is recommended to get at least 2 professional cleanings a year.. very important..

Neve hey, get the floss with like the handles/picks at the end not the strings. I have no problem with flossing the back cause I can turn my hands anyway I feel comfortable.

Coconut oil+ baking soda as a once a week teeth whitening
Sara_Smiles yesssss especially the baking soda. About once a week I mix baking soda and water together and brush my teeth with it, then I put coconut oil on a cotton pad and rub it on my front teeth. It REALLY helps and I really recommend it 🤗👍

When she talked about cleaning your tongue...if you guys don’t know you can get a tongue cleaner for that...it’s just a U-shaped metal thing and super cheap😊

I use a YIBIDINAY metal tongue cleaner from amazon. There are other cheaper ones too, but there are made of plastic and can hurt sometimes. Also, the metal ones last for like a year.

When you drink anything that can stain your teeth, as long as you rinse your mouth out, or brush your teeth after, you're good. It only stains because it sits on your teeth for a long time. Don't be scared to drink that stuff! :)

If you wanna make your own lip scrub, use 1/2 a teaspoon of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract! Makes your lips soft and smell amazing!

How to grow my nails and ways to stop biting them?😐😯😮
Nierre Walker I used to have very weak nails, and because of that I couldn’t grow them. Every time they would grow a little they would either split, break or crack. Then my friend introduced me to Eveline Cosmetics 8 in 1 Intensive Nail Conditioner, and after 2 weeks of using it I noticed incredible results (I used only this nail conditioner and nothing else, it has instructions on how to use it). Two years later, I still use it, even when I want to color my nails a different color (because this one is clear when you apply it even though in the bottle in looks milky) I still apply this underneath as a base coat. My nails were never this strong, long and healthy. I highly recommend this to everyone who want to grow, protect, tighten or harden their nails.
If you want to stop biting your nails there’s a nail gel (I think that it’s gel) at almost every pharmacy, it tastes very bad and bitter. My friend used to bite her nails and used it to help her break that habit.

I stop biting my nails by wearing dip polish for one month (two trips to the salon). You can’t bite your nails with those because of how thick the polish is. Hopefully, you will break the habit. However, my mom tried this too and it didn’t work for her. But now, my nails are stronger than ever!! Hope this helps :)

Found nothing about a particular brand but if you choose to try coconut oil here is some basic info.
Coconut oil doesn’t whiten teeth by bleaching but rather with lauric acid. This medium chain fatty acid helps get rid of that bacteria and plaque, major contributors to yellow teeth and has proven to provide both anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. This has been confirmed in a number of studies.
Put the coconut oil on your teeth until it has liquified then swish it around your mouth for 15-20minutes

The braces thing happened to my brother. He's never had cavities before but that one time it was cause of his braces.

Use paper ones because the plastic ones sometimes end up in the ocean and then end up harming sea turtles just be mindful of what you use in if it's safe for the environment
If you do use plastic straws you might want to switch to paper straws because they're better for the environment

You can also exfoliate your lips with sugar and a couple drops of water. Scrub all over your lips than rinse. Works great and if you get any in your mouth, it tastes good 😊

Mix coconut oil and Tumeric and brush your teeth with it once or twice a week. Just like with normal toothpaste. BUT DON'T USE IT AS REPLACEMENT FOR BRUSHING TEETH!!!

Ya, I have the water flosser you're talking about. I call it a water pick and it's the best ever, I really recommend it. I floss after I use it or before, and when I'm in a rush or feel lazy I'll use the pick and not floss but you should definitely still floss with the pick but it helped me stay cavity free. Especially when I got lazy with flossing when I had braces (cuz honestly flossing with braces sucks)
