Journey are at another peak in their long career. Arnel sounds better than ever. Neal Schon is brilliant as ever, playing multiple, beautiful guitars 🎸. Deen is pounding his new huge drum set. Johnathan is playing great. And the new bass 🔊 player is doing an excellent job, (I'm sorry to see Ross leave, especially under the circumstances), but he fits right in. I went to my first Journey concert at Winterland in 1975! Saw them New Years Eve 1977-78 at the Cow Palace with Santana and Eddy Money. As recently as 2016, at the great concert in S.F. at the stadium, with all the other great acts.They took me on a journey that continues to this day.

Arnel can sing the songs of all legend bands and individual from 70's, 80's, 90's to present especially in his prime that guy has serious pipes. He can do Steve Perry, James Ingram, Michael learns to rock , Survivor, Bon jovi, Cheap Trick, Nazareth, Aero Smith, Air supply, queen and many more had a beautiful voice in their own song or album but they can't sing everybody's individual album and get same vibes. Arnel can sing and people can get almost the same vibes of the other band and individuals. He competed before locally and in other country in asia and awarded the best voice. Although I like the texture or the voice and I love Steve and Freddie but steve he is best in his own song only he can't do Freddie Mercury and Freddie cannot do Steve Perry; and Arnel can do it both and many more especially in his prime.

Arnel had been homeless when his mom got sick & his family became bankrupt, he slept on the parks, sang @ funeral just to eat & got biscuits, God gave him this incredible voice, Neal Schoan & the rest of the band looking for another replacement for SP w/ that legacy tenor voice & he discovererd him fr YT & the rest is history!
Also he has been hated by Steve Perry fanatics coz he’s Asian fr the Phils but has been singing since age 15! Got that incredible pipes! God blessed the unfortunate w/ incredible talents!
Also AP founded Arnel Pineda Foundation helping impoverished teenagers to pursue their dreams, supporting theis school needs coz Arnel out of desperation was on drugs & alcohol & even went to Hongkong for cheap pay on rigorous concerts, he lost his voice 3-4x due to alcohol & drugs!
You missed "Let it Rain". But how do you call it the Freedom Tour and only sing 1 song? Worse yet, there are a ton of great songs on this album and you sing the 1 song that is generally considered by fans to be the worst song or 1 of the worst on the album.
@@bbtrainerfish7124 -Normally it was done that way. Tracklistings for specific concerts are established as already done way in advance and they only sing 1 or 2 new ones for now. Remember that people who watch concerts do want to watch their famous HITS and will wait to check which one of those new ones will be a hit one day! The journey has lots of songs, 173 of them to be exact, but will choose which one possibly has an appeal for the fans who pay big bucks to see them in Concerts.,It takes some times at times for a song to be a HIT, Don't Stop believing did not become a hit right away. That may be the reason.
