i have JBL CSL M20B and its not working withmy laptop . i have dedictaed mic in and audio out ports in laptop. please help.

the JBL mic looks quite similar to the BOYA one
Make sure you use the port where you plug the earphones,
make sure to use the setting given in the video
If nothing works then can you try using it with your friend's laptop to check if it works there?
