- The Ducati Scrambler Full Throttle is a great bike...but is it just a stylish, great handling road bike, or is it true to it's name and heritage. We had one for a few weeks to check out the video to find out what we thought. #ducati #ducatiscrambler #ducatiscramblerfullthrottle #scrambler

So basically it's a Monster that's been to the stylist for a wardrobe update. I might as well just throw some 80/20's on my Aprilia Shiver & call it a day.
Why is it that RE & Benelli can make a Scrambler that can actually scramble but everyone else just makes a road bike with ADV tyres? I'm sure that there's plenty of people like me who would like to tackle some light off road adventures but dislike the ADV & Dual Sport looks. And there's certainly enough buyers who like the Scrambler aesthetic, with so many manufacturers having at least one in their lineup.
It’s interesting you mention RE and Benelli, the RE Scram, as far as I can think of is the only proper Scrambler on the market because it is based off an adventure bike. The Benelli Leoncino trail although based off their road bike is another one that handles the dirt with ease. If I had the choice of the 3 for a bit of mixed riding it would be the Benelli
@@BikerTorqueTotally agree. I've ridden the Leoncino 500 road version down loose gravel roads & was surprised & impressed how stable it was, even at speed & on road rubber. I'm sure the bigger 19" front wheel & higher ground clearance would make it even better. It'd just be nice if there was a little more choice than just these 2 brands.
I’m 64 and 6’3” 255lbs riding for 50 yrs street & dirt
Just purchased
This bike it’s the sweetest handling & so
Maneuverable best thing I ever have road
We agree, great handling bike and very manoeuvrable. Not bad looking either. Thanks for watching, get out and enjoy that Scrambler

Oh yes def best looking bike out there 🙂
9:48 sounds like most Ducati owners.
Good to see the 800 air cooled L twin is still in use. Very underrated motor on the Ducati range.
Absolutely correct on both counts.😆😆😆
The back of the bike looks awesome.
Doesn’t it just
Please add the mileage.. maintenance costs and luggage set ups in your reviews .. the oly reviews so far that pointed out the clutch modulation and quick shifts 👏🏻
Shall try and remember to do that
A bit of a suggestion, add more engine noise bits please!
Shall do, thanks for watching
Ducati did once published a genuine off-road capable Scrambler namely Scrambler Desert-Sled. It has so far the best scambling settings interms of suspension(200mm travel front & rear). ground clearnce (over 225mm), seating position (860mm seat height and 19/17 inch tyres) ect. And can even rival with Triumph Scrambler 1200XE in this category. Desert-Sled once was sold in Australia for AUD 19200 but it is pity Ducati has discontinued the productions of this sub-model in favor of makign more "city-commuting" and styling based so-called "Scambler"
Shame they stopped making the Desert Sled, but I’m guessing it came down to sales
Great looking bike. Do they make an adult size one? 🤣😂
Aahhh, not a bike for Big Bert sized humans, although Lukas is not to far off your height
Every brand except RE...they were the only ones to rework their ADV into a scrambler!
Agree, we actually talked about the Scram when we filmed this, but ended up editing it out.
@BikerTorque it's a head scratcher...I love a well designed bike but capability should also get some attention from brands 😭
@@romeldias the next version of the Scram will be a game changer in the genre if as you’d expect it’s based if the 450
@@BikerTorque Cant wait!! Love from India!
It’s really an evolution of a Monster with some things cut out. No guards to speak of. lol. I think it’s a gorgeous bike. But it seems to have an identity crisis. Doesn’t go well on dirt. The lack of wheel guards.
But since when is a Ducati ever purchased for practicality?
Seems like the Lemoncello 800 😂 is a better bike? Maybe when that stalling is fixed. 😂😂😂
Ahhh, loved the Lemon Chicken.
I really like this bike 😅
Thanks for watching,it was a fun bike to ride
