This actually just takes my breath away! I have been sick recently, and I take care of my sister who has also been pretty ill for a few years. Seeing the tree of life done like this pop up on my video feed just seems to be a sign of a good things to come! I know it sounds silly, but that’s the way it made me feel. When I was nine, my mum found me sitting on the floor surrounded by 30 small pieces of felt. "What are you doing?" she asked. "I'm making a horse" I replied. And I did, with a felt mane and tail, individual legs and hooves with a horseshoe on each. She still doesn't know how I did it to this day.
Watching your videos makes me feel like my mum. I see the thumbnail, I see the bits, but can never imagine what the end result will be. I'm usually surprised. This week I'm in awe. What a beautiful bowl!

Exquisite workmanship! The grain of the wood is so beautiful. The tree, I gasped when you put that compass on that labor intensive tree. Moments later, ahh, it’s ok. The resin colors of the water and the sunset dead on. The final product of your labor of love…exquisite. Best part of the process was of course the resin ribbons!!! May I ask, Morgan, why you did not use your laser cutter?
