I still find it fascinating how it’s not until we see you go hands on, with the finishing how small and delicate the bowl is. Truly incredible art and Artist! Thanks again for sharing Morgan. ❤
Great job. The small errors caused by slight misplaced blocks merely enhance the beauty of the piece. If we insisted on perfection then everything would be made by computer and robots. Morgan's appeal is the fact that the imagination overrides the need for perfection, after all we are humans. Fantastic bowl Morgan, thanks for posting.
HI, YOU ARE AN INSPIRATION FOR ME WHILE AT UNIVERSITY BECAUSE I WATCH YOU AS A REWARD AFTER WRITING 2000 WORD ESSAYS AND DOING MY POWER POINT PRESENTATIONS. MY GPA IS 3.80 AND WILL GRADUATE HOPEFULLY WITH A 4.0 THANK YOU........GOD BLESS
Another fascinating creation! The mind boggles wondering what elements from our wonderful planet could be included in your world of “Find, Combine and Turn”. Keep it up, and keep it in!
Yo sigo diciendo que cada artesanía que hace usted, supera a la anterior, mis sinceras felicitaciones y siga adelante, deleitándonos con excelentes trabajos!!! FELICIDADES NUEVAMENTE!!!👏👏👏
I'm not quite sure which bit I enjoy the most, the patience required in making the initial block (with hundreds of pieces) or the actual turning ... it is simply quite exquisite ... thank you for sharing 👍
Don't know where you are located but your work is beautiful. My wife and I watch your videos at night before we go to sleep your amazing work relaxes us. Thanks from the old retired couple in Quartzsite Az. USA
Another imaginative and well-executed bowl. You have far more patience than I to cut, and especially to sand all those tiny pieces of wood. Lovely result Morgan!
This bowl is very pretty too! Have you ever combined techniques in a woodturned piece? I liked the burnt technique you used 2 years ago. I can imagine a burnt piece attached to an inlay element. This is my "outside the box" thinking. 😊 I like creative imaginitive people like you. 👍👍❤️
That piece of sipo you used for the base was a beautiful piece of wood. And of course in your hands it became even more so. First question - do you have some mad math skills that you are able to calculate how many pieces to cut to fit your project? Next what is the difference between the two glues you use? I know one is standard wood glue but what is the clear one and how do you determine which to use? Lastly, I have always heard sand with the grain but your pieces look fantastic no matter what. Thanks, Morgan, for leaving in the ribbons. 😉! 🫣me when you were doing your 3D work inside the bowl hee hee!
Enaid Indeed to make a piece like this, I have to calculate each small piece of wood then I glue them temporarily with cyanoacrylate while waiting for the final gluing either with resin or with vinyl glue.
Oh, this is beautiful! Passion and precision uniting the subtle colors and patterns of wood, plus the shimmer of resin. Just amazing, Monsieur Morgan! Your channel is my new video binge, and it is a blessing for my mind and spirit. True artistry, I'm grateful for your skill and vision.
Thank you very much for your comment Emily❤️ To cut the small pieces of wood I draw a plan and I calculate all the sections. Then I use cyanoacrylate glue to hold the pieces temporarily while waiting to glue them definitively with resin or vinyl glue.
Hello. A handcrafted job. Clean and correctly executed. Edited with a lot of feeling and a great overview. And overall a good idea as far as the arrangement of the wooden parts is concerned. But the design: That shape that curves inward in the top third, sorry, but that always reminds me of a bedpan in a hospital. Strange, there are a number of beautiful ways to shape the outside of a bowl, why do so many wood turners choose this horrible variant? Forgive my personal criticism, thanks anyway for the video and the work. Greetings from the north of Germany.
Hi Morgan I like the colour of the different woods andrhe grain in them are very nice. You really do put alot of hard work into making your items and you have an amazing imagination by coming up with all these designs. This design is magnificent and the blue resin really sets it off. I really like your unique one of dish show how artistic you are. Thank you for an excellent video. Amanda x
Very nice! My biggest fear would be going to all that work and then it crack, chip, or I cut to far and ruin it! I turn pens and have had a piece break or chip out and have to start over, frustrating.
Love your work and hopefully can aspire to something near to the quality you produce... This has probably been asked a lot before but where do you get your moulds from? Thanks
Always incredible result! Love your techniques and skills, thanks for sharing your craft. Where did you get that silicon mold with the outside support? Did you make that yourself? All the ones i can find dont have that solid outside shell. Keep on crafting!!!
I am certain this is lovely! I am having TH-cam issues and it says I am not connected. I only see your title, but the video won’t load. On anything 😢 Troubleshooting!!
Beautiful piece! One question though: @6:12 when you start pouring. Why don’t you put an empty cilinder in the middle? You”ll need less epoxy, saves you money, fumes I mean, it’s will be removed for at least 90% right? Just my thought on it. But as said, really stunning piece you made here!
This is a delightful peace!
Thank You So Much Denise😊

Bellissimo lavoro. Spero che la gente capisca l' arte che ci vuole per fare oggetti di questo livello.

Hello Lynn
yes I also like the combination of technique in woodturning but burnt wood on segmented I have never done it..
maybe one day why not
Stunning...the entire process...and the result... delicately elegant...thank you for allowing us to participate in the process, if only vicariously.
Thank you so much Virginia 💕💕

Troubleshooting!!
Thank you Terri
That's bad luck😕
Do you think it's possible to make a vase or bowl with light wood and dark wood in a marble pattern?
Jerry
Yes with a lot of work
Beautiful piece. But instead of wasting epoxy. why not use a sacrifice block..
It's already the case, it's a piece of fir tree intended for the fire 😉
Nicely done!
So where did you get that jointed bowl at 5:50? Or did you print that yourself?
Thank you, yes I made it myself
🤔👍👍👍
😉
Did you make the silicone molds you use? Would you share what you used to make them or where you got them? They look really great
Eric
yes indeed I designed and made these silicone molds myself, maybe one day I will make a video of the manufacture 😉
Beautiful piece!
One question though:
@6:12 when you start pouring.
Why don’t you put an empty cilinder in the middle? You”ll need less epoxy, saves you money, fumes
I mean, it’s will be removed for at least 90% right?
Just my thought on it. But as said, really stunning piece you made here!
Yes it is already a worthless piece of wood that is intended for fire 😉
excellent👏👏👏. I have a question: What is the model of your lathe?
Amir
It's a stratos
Where do you get the resin mold for this project?
Love the bowl and will make if I know where to get the molds.
Steve
These are molds of my own design and manufacture
@@bawbreizhartwood Do you sell the molds and how much are they?
