Residensi Laman Sari @ Batu Caves: The BEST RumaWIP that I've reviewed to date, 9.5/10

- This is to me, by far, the best affordable housing project that I've reviewed to date. The unit comes with 2' x 2' glazed tiles, wall to wall aluminum anodized windows and a very practical layout.
Facilities are abundant. For a start, you have a swimming pool, gym, indoor badminton court which also doubles as a multi purpose court, cafe terrace AND a sky terrace AND sky bridge (connecting the 2 blocks).
How does that sound? Extremely impressive, right?
This unit isn't for sale or for rent. Review is courtesy of a very friendly owner and with that, once again, a big shout out to En.Shukri Shamsul for allowing me to review his awesome unit and property.

Value for money RumahWIP which is tastefully done, really enjoy the end-to-end windows. Wonder what's the maintenance fee?
Yeap, the end-to-end windows really makes any space much nicer. The amount of natural light that comes in, very refreshing.
Maintenance fee as per the S&P is RM0.20 psqft.
Why would they think making 2 out at left and 2 in at right a good idea
Oh, that's true, didn't noticed that. By right, as a left hand drive country, it should 2 lanes in on the left and 2 lanes out on the right. Mor3 importantly, matches the one-way direction of the road too. Minor tweaks needed to the boom gate location to achieve this.

Can't compare. SkyAwani4 is now the top of my list.
How come the external lift does not have a number indicate ?
Yeah, the cheaper lift systems don't have the floor number indicator. Even certain condos, which are much more expensive, also uses this.
Skyworld rumawip still the best

skyworld rumah wip facilities 5 stars, but meh lift only 3 per block, which is 600-700++ per block. lots of complain on lift waiting time.
