The MG Zaku II 2.0 is just... so perfect. Char's was my first MG and it's still my favorite... even though I only have 3 others to compare it to (Geara Doga, Dom, Wing Zero Custom). The other three I have are nice for sure, but they don't really have the nice durability and smooth, great detail the Zaku II 2.0 has. It's about time for a Zaku I 2.0 if you ask me... and an MG Geara Zulu. And that Encounters in Space music... my first foray into the Gundam universe beyond the toys.... the nostalgia is real. Great review man, you're my go-to Gunpla channel!
I initially thought this was the RG Gabby Hazard Zaku due to its relatively recent release. Color me surprised to see this was the MG! Kinda surprised you haven't done a review on the GM Guard Custom yet.
We seriously need these Zakus updated to MG Zaku 3.0 that features the 2.0 inner frame and surface details like those Zakus from the RG or HG Origin line.

Its crazy to see the similarities and even sometimes identical pieces between grades...I have a PG (I think...might be Real, I need to check the box) Zaku II Chars Custom and its weapons look IDENTICAL to the standard ones here, just...1/144 scale

Ok RANDOM QUESTION!: if you were a ace pilot of ANY faction of UC (mainly Zeon and Federation) what would your suit be, as well as your colors? And since some have there own symbol that to but it's optional.
Probably the only normal Ace Female pilot's i'v ever seen in Animated Gundam UC was Rezin from Chars Counterattack in the Blue Geara Doga and Bianca from Gundam Thunderbolt. Aside from that, female pilots that aren't just stuck into things sometimes like Sayla or Cyber Newtypes meant to just be a plot point and act nuts half the time is really really low sadly. Like almost every female pilot is a cyber newtype that I don't really consider true "Ace's" cause there basically machines made to be experts at piloting.

Thank you for the review! I've never been the biggest High Mobility Type fan, for one reason or another, but this is a really good model kit.
