Once, as an 8-year-old, I flew from Paris to Oslo on an SAS 737, alone (UM). The highlight? I got to sit in the cockpit. The pilot told me to turn a knob, which I later found out was the autopilot's heading selector. This made the aircraft turn. For a moment, I felt like I was flying the giant bird myself! That pilot turned me into an avgeek for sure!
When i was a kid i was on my way to Copenhagen with my grandad who was a mechanic for Sas he especially worked on the 737. And one time when we were flying to Copenhagen it was a bomb threat to that very flight.
I used to handle a lot of SAS MDs at the ramp everyday. Then I was exited to get assigned the job for the brand new B737NGs occasionally. It was just like yesterday, but it was more than 20 years ago. The time flies so fast to have learnt that B737 had already left SAS fleet.

My favorite 737 memory was on a SAS 737 LN-RRA from Stockholm to Oslo and it was exciting to visit Norway for the first time and to do it on a B737 that was about to be retirement is definitely a memory that I will remember forever! The crew was so kind and invited me on the jumpseat and it was just such an awesome flight with lots of fun! Very sad to see them go and hopefully they fly for years to come in other companies!
Well I guess it's confirmed! I'm a true Aviation geek! This 63 year old retired police officer had tears in his eyes watching the final landing for the 737-700 of SAS! Happy to hear it's continuing a second life with Air North in Canada 🇨🇦 😀 😊
Sad to see them go! While I have never been on SAS 737, I have lots of memories as a kid seeing them fill up the terminals at Arlanda along with the MD-80s that got retired 10 years ago.
Massive respect to the pilots, I really got a sense of how complex that something so simple (looking) when seeing from the ground is, especially at night with quite low visibility. I wonder if the pilots will remain with SAS? Another great video, showing more unique content, thanks FR24!

I was employed by CP Air in the 80's (not air-side) and was fortunate enough to get the jump seat on a 737 flight from YYZ to YVR. Although it was not the most comfortable seat on the aircraft it did have a spectacular view. Your visit to the cockpit brought back a flood of memories from that flight.
Fellow Canadian here. I was fortunate enough to fly on CP Air's 747 YYZ>YVR return in the late 70's. It was my first time on a 747. Suffice to say, it made a big impression on me in my teenage years, and contributed to my lifelong love for planes and all things aviation. Miss those big orange birds!
My favourite time in a 737 was off course when I was on jumpseat with SAS LN-RPS in 2004. It was a 737-600 "the pig" from ESSA to ESDB (ESTA) and back, with two former fighter pilots 🙂
Thanks TH-cam for suggesting this video to me! And thanks FR-24 for making it. It becomes my best 737 memory because I've been taking a course on the 737 and all its equipment in the cockpit and was actually able to follow along with the flight crew during the in-cockpit segment. Best moment in the video was ... the sound of those turbines starting up; whenever I hear that sound I imagine me in my own turboprop laughing like a madman whenever the engines started. Luckily nobody was home when I heard LN-RRB starting up, bwahahahhaa. Second best memory is returning from a vacation over open water and realizing we were in a Max-8 - _before_ the MCAS bug was fixed, and making it home ;-)
My undoubtably best experience and memory was flying on a South African B737-200 from JNB-DUR in 1969 then again on the same aircraft in 1993 from JNB- VFA. ZS-SBM Happy days
SAS continues to have one Boeing 737 in the fleet. That is however the one that is fitted out for medical evacuation flights only. It too will however leave, when an Airbus will be fitted out for the same purpouse, sometime in the next couple of years.
Very nice video! Was a really nice experience being onboard 🥹. And my first time in the first row 😁. Thank you so much for the mention! 😊 and funny seeing myself too 😅. Nice meeting you there! 😄👍
My best 737 story/fligt was on a SAS flight DUB-CPH and I was on stand by basis, My wife worked with SAS ( eg Vingresor) and I got at ticket from her approx. SEK 350:-. The flight was fully booked and I was asked to take the jump-seat in cockpit. Do you think I was happy? Gladly missed the food and fizz. The Norwegian captain was very nice and we had a lot of fun, from takeoff to landing. I did during that period had my PPL on a Piper PA28 and did know a little of aviation.
Is it weird that I'm such an av-geek that this video truly made me happy and sad at the same time? Here's my story.... I am no stranger to the 737 as I fly southwest quite frequently, but my favorite experience on a 737 also happens to be my most scary moment on a 737. Quick backstory, my grandfather on my mom's side passed away January 5th 2007, 2 days later my little brother Brandon passed away, so we had to fly to Seattle for my grandpa's funeral and then fly back home to bury my brother. My mom had originally purchased an entire row for her, my stepdad, me and my 3 brothers to fly to my grampas funeral and back home, but as my next youngest brother had passed away unexpectedly 3 days before the trip, she had to cancel his ticket. As we boarded the final 737 on our final leg of the trip home at PHX, none of our flights were super full, so my mom and stepdad sat on one side of the isle, and my 2 youngest brothers and i wanted to sit together across the isle from them. However a polite young man around my age boarded the plane and insisted on sitting in his assigned seat which would have been my brother Brandon's seat. So after final boarding call we asked if we could move 1 row up so us brothers could sit together and the flight attendant said of course. The flight was fairly uneventful until roughly 20 minutes before touchdown we experienced the worst turbulence I've ever felt, my mom was crying and many people were really scared myself included because this was before I was an av-geek back when I was still a nervous flyer. The turbulence was bad enough to the point that one of the flight attendants who had been in the industry for 20+ years told my mom she had never felt turbulence that extreme before in her career. We landed without further incident. As we got up to de-plane, I looked in the open overhead bin and noticed a cardboard box with the word Brandon in big bold letters written in permanent marker on the side. I was in shock, so I looked at the kid who had boarded and insisted on sitting in his assigned seat and asked him is this your box? He said yes and said I'm Brandon. We all started to cry and I'm sure everyone thought we were crazy lol but my step-dad explained to everyone nearby that we had just lost my brother Brandon and that this random kid who was sitting in what wpuld have been my brothers seat was also named Brandon so it was quite the coincidence, then with the added moderate turbulence we experienced we all started saying that my brother was with us in spirit and was shaking the plane to wake us up and let us know he was there. Pretty crazy story all factual and I wish I could find the flight information for my flight diary but it was so long ago. Anyway I hope you enjoy it. 😊 another great video Gabriel, thanks a bunch!
I tried to get a ticket but it was sold out a real pitty. I loved the 737 at SAS. But rear seat, didn´t have the money for front seat, in the MD 80´s was great since you had full sound from the engines!!!
Getting onboard a brand new 737-700 before its first revenue service and have a look - also in the cockpit is one of my memories - one of the first Braathens 737-700 planes, it had just arrived from the factory to Stavanger.
My favourite 737 memory was a proper Ryanair landing fra ALC-BLL :) Or my first time visiting the cockpit of the 737 after landing from ALC in AMS :) Thanks for sharing this awesome video!
What a wonderful sendoff. A proper partyflight full of enthusiasts and love. And that the plane gets to live on makes my heart warm. It was a great gesture of SAS to make this happen. So, for my story: When I was heading home to my wedding (I had been to a scientific conference in the UK), a broken down british rail system made me miss my flight with Norwegian from London, but SAS saved me with an, albeit expensive, flight from Manchester instead. I am quite sure it ended up being on a 737 if I do not misremember, so maybe that will count as my weirdest flight on a 737.
The 737 was the first ever aircraft that i saw from my own eyes when i was a kid back in 2007. Also, my first time flying onboard an airplane with my family was i think 14 years ago onboard the Boeing 737-300 Classic by Garuda Indonesia from Jakarta to Bali and i think 4 days later we flew the same type of plane back to Jakarta and i remember the cabin looks a little bit old school but i think it is a pretty good and a comfortable aircraft. I flown onboard the Boeing 737 8 times by 3 Indonesian airlines : Garuda Indonesia, Lion Air, and Sriwijaya Air and type of aircraft series was the 737-300, 737-900ER, 737-800, and the legendary 737-200.
This aircraft single handedly introduced me to the world of aviation. The first ever flight I ever took was in a Garuda Indonesia 737-800 and it was a memorable experience. Come back home and trained myself how to fly one in an FSX PMDG 737, downloaded Flightradar and frequently coming to my local airport with my dad to do some plane spotting. Farewell SAS 737
Frequent 737 flyer here. As an Indonesian, classic 737s still fly here, and 737-200s used to be a common sight up until the early 2010s. I flew on 737 Classics really often during 2010-2016, usually with Sriwijaya or Nam Air. They deployed them on their now defunct PLM-CGK or CGK-PLM routes really often, and one of them that I've flown on was PK-CKI, the one with the "I ❤ Papua" sticker on. Smooth flight, and airstair boarding. Might be a long one to read, but that's all.
I knew I had flown with this aircraft before. And looking back the last time I was onboard her, was 15th April 2013 flying OSL-HAU. Looking thru my log I have been on most of the LN-RRx sisters. 😀
My favourite memory was when i was aroudn 11 years old and l few a scandi 737-800 between ESSA-LGKV, got invited to sit in the cockpit during landing, that was the fist time ever visiting the flight deck when not just in cruise or on the ground. I still think of that very often! Thank you 737 and thank you SAS for being the best!
I have handled this aircraft several times as a ramp agent in Tromsø! Sad to see the handy sliding carpet in comp. 3 never again with SAS. Great video!
My 737 story: It was a Ryanair flight from Naples to Copenhagen, and it was in the winter, I saw a very, very strong aurora borealis performance. Unfortunately, I didn't have a phone at the time, and I wasn't into aviation, but it was one of the coolest things I had ever seen. This was one of the many reasons I got into. aviation as well. Very cool, wish I was able to be on this flight. Love the specialty inflight videos.
It has been 7 years since i started flying pretty much every year with SAS going from and back to my family and friends. Never did i think in 2023 that the 737 fleet for Scandinavian would be discontiuned. The 737 is a great aircraft and it sat the foundation for my love for aviation and it will forever be an aircraft fleet from SAS that will always be in my heart, And this wont stop be from flying the 737-8 in the sim with the SAS livery Long live the 737! o7
I'm a weekly commuter with SAS between Oslo and Tromsø, and I've flown on the 737 countless times. My greatest memory is from 2008, when I flew to Svalbard for the first time to visit my aunt and uncle who used to live and work there. That was on the SAS 737-800 registration LN-RCN. SAS is an important part of Scandinavian history, being the flag carrier for three countries. As a frequent flyer I value their great service and nice employees. I wish them luck in the years to come.
The most impressive thing about this whole video is the absolute CHAD of a captain walking with a short sleeve shirt in the snow in Copenhagen during November. I wish the captains I fly with were like that, most of them want the cabin temp like in a sauna
Thank you for this video for SAS last flight of a 737 My 1st ever flight was on a Britannia airways 737 200 in 1974 from Newcastle to Palma Majorca and I have had many more flights on many 737,s since a great aircraft
My best 737 memory was back in 2022, it was my first holiday abroad since the pandemic, we went to Cyprus Paphos airport and had a wonderful holiday, but on the return flight from PFO ---> BRS we were waiting for clear to taxi and I ask to see the cockpit, I was allowed in and when I was in there they were explaining why we were delayed, Paphos is a joint military - civil airport and there was a C130 from the Hellenic Air Force landing right infront of us which was very cool, and then 2 Mil Mi 24s from Cyprus Air Command took off infront of us as well, very cool to experience all that from the cockpit of the 737.
Many years ago I had the opportunity to ride along in the flightdeck of a B737-244adv ZS-SIA of SAA from JNB to the old Durban airport. Great people, great memories.
MY 737 STORY- I am from India and my first flight was on a Jet Konnect (Jet Airways subsidiary low cost strategy) flight and it was a 737-900ER equipped with CFM engines with that sky blue colour livery. It was around 11 years old with those black marks over rudder joints, spoilers and multi stage flaps. The flight was from Delhi(VIDP) to Dibrugarh via Guwahati as a 30 minute halt for refuelling. The flight was 3 and a half hours of duration during which we had climbed out to FL400. It was an absolutely amazing sensation and i remember i spotted various other aircraft beneath us. I also remember my ears were getting hurt due to differential pressure and air was escaping out of my ears. After landing and refuelling we again took off and after an hour we reached our final destination. Trust me ,I was really happy that day. Oh! I remember soon after we landed at Dibrugarh, i remember the aircraft i saw our aircraft again took off in front of me real close and the sky blue colour merged with the blue sky. The company Jet Airways suspended all of its operations in 2019 and i feel bad for it till date. I felt nostalgic writing this and all I have to say is that 737 made my dream of flying come true with leaving lots of good old memories. I hope you enjoyed reading.
Having serviced both A320 and 737 as a ramp operator, the former is way more comfortable to load and offload and the latter is an absolute beauty, especially the NG, I think was the perfect 737 generation.
I love the 737. I trained as a flight attendant on the 737 200 in 1995 and then onto the 300 a few years later. Loved the 737 my favourite aircraft in the sky before airbus took over our fleet 8 years ago 🙂
I have flow the 737, like almost 10 times(I don't remember now the count well). Mostly whit AA and mainly the only plane I rode when we can, Now we flow the AA with the new Boeing Sky interior, and it was very good. Except it was kind of short.
Back in the 1980s, I used to fly on PSA 737s between LAX and SFO. Some of the planes were equipped with rows that faced each other. Being tall, I usually grabbed one facing forward so my knees weren't jammed into a seat in front of me. One time, though, a Hollywood guy got on the plane and sat facing me. He pulled out one of the early cell phones (the white brick) and began blabbing at high volume until the plane took off. I began to regret my choice of seating. Lol. On another empty flight, actress Kay Lenz sat with us. Ah, those were the days...
Memories of my third flight on a 737-204 G-AVRN operating BY1209 from Gatwick - Palma. All was going well until we approached the Pyrenees and I noticed that the sun had moved from one side of the cabin to the other which isn't usual when flying almost due south in the evening. The Captain then announced that we were heading for Luton due to a hydraulic fault on one of the 3 hydraulic systems on the aircraft. He reassured us that there was nothing to worry about but returning to Luton, Britannia's operational base, was best operationally as there were no repair facilities for 737's in Palma in those days - 8 June 1974. We landed heavily at Luton, 3 hours after leaving Gatwick (but still 30 minutes quicker than the 727 Green Line coach which operated in those days) and the engines were immediately cut whilst we waited for a tug to tow us onto the apron. This was the first time I felt concerned as I had little faith in Luton Control Tower as there had been a near miss between a Court Line BAC1-11 and a light aircraft a few weeks earlier! Our bags were transferred and we boarded G-AVRL which was parked alongside. After it had been refuelled, we took off an hour later eventually arriving Palma around 3 1/2 hours late.
Great Video 👌🏽 , SAS really done ✔️ celebrating the years and safe record of the B737 fleet, nice retirement party for LN-RRA ! I hope to see you flying onboard in Canada next summer as said 👍🏽 All best wishes and success
aww man I would love to be a part of the last flight of my favorite airplane the 737!!! that should have been a thrill to do a low pass on Copenhagen!! and my favorite 737 memory is when I was flying over the pacific when Copa Airlines was flying directly for MDST to SCHL and I loved the service and I went into thye cockpit to take a picture as usual!!!
Great vlog as always! I have a FR24 gold for years. My first flight on a jump seat was on a 737-200 from BU in the summer of 1979. It was capt. Conrad Skjoldhammer, at the helm, a WW 2 veteran. The flight was from AES-KSU. I was 9 yrs old. It was the coolest thing ever! Since then it has at least been 200 more. I worked for SAS from 1996-2007. I love it just as much today as I did back then. Can you blame me? Lol! I love the 737.
The first time I saw a 737, I was at KOMA dropping my mother off for her flight to Atlanta. I was so amazed by the size of it and trying to figure out how planes work. I thought "Hey, maybe this is something I would want to do my whole life, airplanes and stuff" I began taking photos of various aircraft that come through OMA, and I got more and more addicted to planes. So now, In June, I'll be an avgeek for 3 years. And I can easily say that aviation is something I would want to pursue for many many more years. I now plan to be a USAF RC-135 Pilot!
It is so nice to catch such flights indeed! Never was on such special. Great to watch that! But I made many other nice flights which definitely good to share on youtube channel!
My favorite memory of the Boeing 737 is when I was a kid and I got to check out the cockpit during the flight on a charter flight with Air Europa from Tenerife South to Exeter, UK during Christmas holidays!! Fantastic video from FR24, keep up the top notch content! ✈️🙌🏼🌎
I first flew a 737 in 1969 when the 737 was still a relatively new plane in the skies. I was celebrating my high school graduation and going to visit friends in NE Ohio. I took off from Newark - EWR - bound for Youngstown, OH - YNG. The take off role was quick and when we lifted off it seemed like we were going straight up in the air. It was TERRIFIC and FAST! We were in YNG in less than an hour and I was delighted to have made my first 737 flight.
I remember SAS' 737-600s, which could charitably be described as "well-loved". Also saw one go full Tokyo Drift on the taxiways of Bergen, which was wild, especially as I was on the outbound (which was not nearly as exciting).
I saw it land at arlanda one final time and the first plane i visited the cockpit of was on a 737-800 and i’ve been tracking that plane like everyday for a year
I remember when this plane was introduced, it was during the peak of my travelling days, 1995-2006. I must have travelled in it at least one hundred flights
In 2019 I've spent my summer in the US with a work and travel program. After working 3 month I've travelled around the States and I had also the opportunity to visit my relatives in Canada. I saw them only once in my life in Hungary 13 years before, when I was 9. After spending couple days together I continoued my trip with Westjets B737-700 (YYZ-LAS). On the board I learned, how open minded and kind Canadians can be. Since then more than 4 years passed, and I'm in my pilot training right now, so there is a possibility, that this glorious aircraft will be my office one day.
My favorite 737 story is about a go-around in Kuala Lumpur. We were flying from Singapore and connecting to Malaysia Airlines A380 (my first time). On approach to Kuala Lumpur, we were forced to do a go around. A bunch of people around me freaked out but I kept my cool and started calming my neighbors. 😂
My greatest B737 Experience Flight from EZE to Igiacu. After having boarded I was waiting for the other passengers - there were none. Un passajero - me!😅 As member of German MET Service I asked for Cockpit OK - granted. Aproaching Iguacu (Water-) Falls, we made a 360 over the falls. Captain's left hand on the yoke, richt showing to the beautiful landscape. Amazing! On 1 nm final, the bank angle was still about 30°. I have all the photos I made! Great experience! Muchas gracias, Aerolinas Argentinas!

I remeber back in 2021 traveling with my family from cancun to chicago on american airlines 737-800 and very nearly missing our flight because we were searching the security checkpoint area for our bag. Thankfully we made it! 😅
From 1978 I flew both the 100 and 200 series including the Cargo Conversion with the Gravel Protection Kit. Probably have 8000 hrs plus on the 37 and it was surely a Pilot Aircraft! We operated this aircraft from 5500’ plus strips through Eastern Canada, kept us Safe.
I had once the pleasure to be in a 737 from TUI to the US from Manchester, as the 767 that we were suposed to be in was not operational. Even though, im an Airbus guy, Ill miss the SAS 737. Its such an scandinavian Icon :)
The last 737 that I managed to get into with SAS was a flight a year ago from Helsinki to Stockholm, I will mis the 737s with but I like more the A320 series
I've had a few interesting 737 flights, mostly in Central Africa in the late 80s/early 90s. Air Zaire Kinshasa to Libreville, the whole plane shaking and all the oxygen masks deploying unasked for... TAAG Air Angola Kinshasa to Luanda, and hour late, full of chickens and pee soaked seats, an hour sitting on the tarmac at LAD because they couldn't get the stairs out to the plane. Best was Air Malta Vienna to Valletta at night and a cockpit visit as we were over the Italian coast with a view of Sicily's light in the otherwise pitch black vista. Air travel is nowhere near as much fun now!
My favorite 737 story was this past summer 2023 when my buddy flew me from Atlanta GA to Columbus Oh and I flew on a 737 Max8 for the first time ever also I have the PMDG 737-700 for MSFS2020
I believe SAS still owes 1 more B 737! It are however not flying SAS routes but are wet-leased to a Norwegian, perhaps Scandinavian joint venture, authority flying wounded Ukrainians to Scandinavia for treatment. This are part of Norwegian/Scandinavian support for Ukraine. I am not sure but think some part of the plane are fitted with special medical equipment/stretcher area.
My best 737 memory was last year, when I got the chance to sit in the cockpit from Oslo to Trondheim. The regnr. for the 737 on that trip was LN-RRE. Seat: JP-C01✈️
Looks like there were normal commuters mixed in on the flight, must have been a nice surprise to find out their 40min flight was now going to last 2 hours!
Once, as an 8-year-old, I flew from Paris to Oslo on an SAS 737, alone (UM). The highlight? I got to sit in the cockpit. Was that before 9/11? Because it's forbidden to enter the cockpit after 9/11 mid flight
@@OClurzxy You can do that on the ground after landing, Maybe before take off but depends.
@@wableonethree the guy said he turned the heading knob of the autopilot and it turned so that obviously means they were in the air
@@OClurzxyNot true, entirely up to the Airline and/or the captain. At least in the EU.
@@OClurzxyoh my mistake
I believe some of the SAS B737-700s will soon continue flying although in the Canadian arctic for Canadian North Airlines
yep and a 737 600 will keep flying humanitarian missions
That’s what it says in the video. Not a great revelation if you actually listened.

20:45 thats me to the left. said hello to you after deboarding, great video and what a nice last flight it was!
Bro wrote a paragraph
@Ridonculous is sharing a genuinely moving story...❣️ 🥹🥲👍🏼
Thank you for sharing that story. Definitely one of life's magical (and sad) mystery moments.
Wow! That's an amazing story except for losing your grandfather and brother. I'm so sorry for your loss!
I tried to get a ticket but it was sold out a real pitty. I loved the 737 at SAS. But rear seat, didn´t have the money for front seat, in the MD 80´s was great since you had full sound from the engines!!!
Cool memory flight! 👏
Getting onboard a brand new 737-700 before its first revenue service and have a look - also in the cockpit is one of my memories - one of the first Braathens 737-700 planes, it had just arrived from the factory to Stavanger.
My favourite 737 memory was a proper Ryanair landing fra ALC-BLL :)
Or my first time visiting the cockpit of the 737 after landing from ALC in AMS :)
Thanks for sharing this awesome video!
I’m excited
We're glad!
Enjoyed it glad someone got to film the Kastrup low pass
What a great journey it has been!
Thank you for this video, FR24.
Long life for the 737!
Very Nice Video, hope to see this great airplane in the future in Canada!
My fav 737 story was flying from panama to Managua with copa airlines, hard landing but reliable
Thank you Scandinavian airlines B737 for serving many years and transporting millions passengers.
Rest in Peace SAS Boeing 737
What a wholesome video, thanks!
Love that 700 in the sky. 😁
I have handled this aircraft several times as a ramp agent in Tromsø! Sad to see the handy sliding carpet in comp. 3 never again with SAS. Great video!
I didn't know I knew a TH-cam star! I work with the guy in the blue jacket at 4:36
I feel very special.
The 737 is a great aircraft and it sat the foundation for my love for aviation and it will forever be an aircraft fleet from SAS that will always be in my heart, And this wont stop be from flying the 737-8 in the sim with the SAS livery
Long live the 737!
I hope you enjoyed reading.
great job from the PM nice monitoring
Amazing. video . 👍 ✈️👍 I like it !! Thanks. ☘️
I hope to see you flying onboard in Canada next summer as said 👍🏽
All best wishes and success
Mit first ever flight was on a SAS 737 600 from Tegel to Arlanda on New Years Eve 2018....unforgettable, it changed my life 😍
Got to fly on a brand new 737 out of Vegas a couple years back. Love planes, so I was like a little kid
My best ride with 737 was from Copenhagen-Bornholm in 2010-2011 with Cimber/sterling
aww man I would love to be a part of the last flight of my favorite airplane the 737!!! that should have been a thrill to do a low pass on Copenhagen!! and my favorite 737 memory is when I was flying over the pacific when Copa Airlines was flying directly for MDST to SCHL and I loved the service and I went into thye cockpit to take a picture as usual!!!
You Will Be Missed SAS 737😢
The first time I saw a 737, I was at KOMA dropping my mother off for her flight to Atlanta. I was so amazed by the size of it and trying to figure out how planes work. I thought "Hey, maybe this is something I would want to do my whole life, airplanes and stuff" I began taking photos of various aircraft that come through OMA, and I got more and more addicted to planes. So now, In June, I'll be an avgeek for 3 years. And I can easily say that aviation is something I would want to pursue for many many more years. I now plan to be a USAF RC-135 Pilot!
That's fantastic! Congratulations!
What year
@@markjackson5333 I believe it was late 90s, not entirely sure though. Why are you asking if I may ask?
As a swede, its sad that sas dont use 737 anymore
Hah!
It seems so odd to see the 737NG go but at the same time its been over 20 years since the first one entered service
My greatest B737 Experience
Flight from EZE to Igiacu. After having boarded I was waiting for the other passengers - there were none. Un passajero - me!😅
As member of German MET Service I asked for Cockpit OK - granted.
Thanks for the cool story and felicitaciones, you've won the Gold subscription! Get in touch with me on Instagram @gabeleigh or by email Gabrielfr24.com so we can get you set up!
Did they bust the flaps speed in the missed approach?!
Why did FR24 blur out parts of the forward panel?
I remeber back in 2021 traveling with my family from cancun to chicago on american airlines 737-800 and very nearly missing our flight because we were searching the security checkpoint area for our bag. Thankfully we made it! 😅
SAS💙
my favorite 737 memeri is flying on exactly that plane to go visit my grandparents. Hadn't seen them in over a year
You managed to capture the sound of the engines winding down on landing CFM 56❤
From 1978 I flew both the 100 and 200 series including the Cargo Conversion with the Gravel Protection Kit. Probably have 8000 hrs plus on the 37 and it was surely a Pilot Aircraft! We operated this aircraft from 5500’ plus strips through Eastern Canada, kept us Safe.
i went in the cocpkit of the dach 8 200 from icelandair flight from Ilussilat to KEY
Very cool video. Reminds me of the video on youtube ”Robert the flyer” from inside the cockpit. Really cool. Will subscribe
Very special mostly menn som take this flight !
SAS 💙💙💙
4:28 superstar
This was really fun to watch! I wish I could've been on that flight. What did they give you in the gift bag?
An SAS water bottle and a flightradar keychain from us.
@@Flightradar24DotCom awesome!
I love the 737
My favorite 737 story was this past summer 2023 when my buddy flew me from Atlanta GA to Columbus Oh and I flew on a 737 Max8 for the first time ever also I have the PMDG 737-700 for MSFS2020
Wait i’ve flown on LN-RRE to svalbard!
SAS aircraft with now fly in Northern Canada.
Looks like there were normal commuters mixed in on the flight, must have been a nice surprise to find out their 40min flight was now going to last 2 hours!
Haha no, everybody knew what they were there for!
