How much do you charge for individual consultation? I'd love some help with developing templates and workflows specifically for my job--a speech-language pathologist at a public elementary school. Our district uses Google Workspace for Education--important because it meets US HIPAA compliance, thereby classifying my students' Protected Health Information. I would like to talk all things Google Workspace, but for starters, I'd love to use a caseload management Google Sheet that acts as a Single Source of Truth (unfortunately we are also tied to the district's Synergy platform among other non-Google things) so I can add identifying/pertinent info including name, birth date, teacher, annual IEP goals, upcoming meeting dates, etc. My hope is that I can also upload evaluation videos and photos directly to Google Drive and have it saved in that student's folder automatically, and linked to the SSOT Google Sheet. I have 62 students across 6 grade levels, so I'm afraid to start making a template if it won't work in the first place, hence wondering about consultation. Thanks for your consideration!

There are a couple of recurring meetings on my calendar, and one thing I haven't been great about was linking the meeting notes together 😅 The next time I have significant downtime will be a spring cleaning session for my OneNote haha (speaking of which, maybe that could be a potential future video?)
@JeffSu Haven't tried Apple Notes yet, but I think between OneNote and Notion, OneNote has more flexibility and is a little more intuitive to use while Notion has a steeper learning curve but gives you much more structure. Rather than replace, I'd say they both have their use cases! For example, OneNote is usable even when offline, and it's quite easy to collaborate on if your employer is on Office 365 :)

Quick question: for the one-on-one meeting template, say for the weekly meetings with one’s manager, should one create a new word/docs document for each meeting or one single long document for all meetings within a given number of months? Having one single document would help with searching later on but could become unwieldy if not managed properly. On the other hand, new documents would help separating the content of each meeting but searching for something later would be a nightmare. What’s your suggestion? Asking for a friend. 😇
*Ok I have a project for you!* I’m in tons of meetings through the week and I adopted a version of the sheets doc (works well). But I need lines of notes for specific meetings/topics to auto filter to a new tab or document in a dynamic way that grows with the notes. Any ideas?
