I just got a 2018 E300 two weeks ago and my wiper fluid light came on. Have NO idea how the heck to open the hood! Looked around and obvi looked underneath and nothing! Turns out, after watching this video, the lever is underneath and tucked up and out of the way! Thanks for making this video!!!

you forgot part twoo, the exterior. Normal cars have an easy access latch but these Gernman trash buckets made them "different" to open for some stupid reason
Yeah, there black T latch that stick out in front of the grill. Just pull it & the hood should automatically pop up. To close it, just gently push down the hood all the way until you hear click that its locked and secured.
