- In a well-overdue video, we look at EVERY command control locomotive in my collection. Locomotives come from every manufacturer you can think of, Lionel, MTH, Atlas, Weaver, K-Line, and more! Over 60 models are featured! This video took a lot of work so I hope you all enjoy it!

Thanks for sharing this RJ. I appreciate the fact that you have your favorite RR's and you have customized your collection and layout accordingly. It aligns with your personal past and present experiences and is very interesting. It's especially interesting for someone like me, whose own experiences come from the west coast. Tying in real life visits together with your layout, really brings it all together. I can't wait to see more of your trollies being run again.
Nice eastcoast and southern collection.
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks!
Thank you Kevin!
Very nice, RJ! That is a real nice locomotive collection. The GG1's are just gorgeous and the steam engines are just plain sweet. I have the Rail King version of the Southern Ps-4 Pacific, which pulls my AMT Southern Crescent passenger train. It's a good engine. I like the Brooklyn Eastern District Terminal #15. I got to run it, after my friend, Keith Brigode bought and restored it to operating condition. It was a blast and a great memory. Keith was the person who was responsible for my railroad career. He passed away at the end of January, due to Parkinson's and I plan on doing a short tribute video in his honor, on my channel, in the next couple of days. Once again, you have a fine collection of engines. An excellent video, as always.
Thank you very much and I am sorry for your loss, Keith sounded like a great guy
I rode an excursion pulled by the Southern 4501 back in 2012. It was a really nice trip and that's a great looking locomotive.
I ❤️ the F40! Nice on the Long Island G5s!
Love the DC PCC trolley... I've never seen that one before. The 25¢ advertisement makes it unique. Thanks RJ
Thanks for watching! I love that PCC too
You probably know this but MTH has put out quite a few PCC's and I've got three myself, NJ Transit, Public Service, and Philadelphia Transportation Company versions. I bought the last one as I'd recently read an article in "Railpace" about Philly's SEPTA system restoring their PCC's to "as-delivered" configuration and it just looks so cool!
I'm done with PCC's, got all I need, so if you're collecting them don't worry about competition from me!
Thanks for sharing your engine collection, RJ. Quite a variety of models from the current main O gauge producers (+ Weaver). It just shows how selective you are in building your collection.
Appreciate it! It is a collection that has come together over a long time.
No problem. You are just living and enjoying life.
Nice. Just a slight problem, you need some more PRR motive power. And no LIRR doesn’t count. But in all seriousness I love the way you presented your collection! Can’t wait to see more!
I definitely do not need anymore PRR haha
Loved seeing your newer locomotive collection. Were we live or lived does have an influence on our purchases. Yes, join Trains Anonymous , they have some great prices on trains LOL LOL LOL After seeing Jason's video and Seans video, I was really nervous when your title was just My Entire Locomotive Collection, I thought OH NO !!!! Keep em coming RJ.
This Is An Addiction I Love.
Definitely worse addictions out there
Yep.
I know its a pipe dream but I would absolutely love to see scale legacy models of the LIRR M7s.
Me too. I doubt it but we can dream
A OG RF&P GP35 is still around in RF&P colors (136) and is stored on a short line in Georgia on the heart well railroad! I hope one day you can see it!
Oh my goodness I need to go see
@ of course I can send you some photos of it as well as the location if you’d like
Enjoyed watching your collection of O gauge trains I have some O gauge myself but my mainline is Ho scale. Some of the trains you have for example: The Amtrak Acela I have in HO scale by Bachmann. The E 8 with the original pointless Arrow color scheme by Life Like Proto 2000, The RF & P GP 40 by Atlas. This show has made my day. Thanks for sharing this RJ. 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thank you and that sounds like a great collection!
Awesome collection RJ, I do like the Amtrak portion of your fleet but you have a nice variety in your fleet of all types!
Thank you!
A wonderful collection! Looks good all together! Can sympathize with the broke college kid phase.
You will get there eventually
Outstanding collection RJ! My compliments!
There's not much I can say except for a few reflections.
I rode behind C&O 614 in 1996 in one of the Jersey Transit sponsored excursions from Hoboken to Port Jervis. That was some ride with 614 running at 70 MPH across the Hackensack Meadows! Wow!
I don't know about you but GG1's remind me of sperm whales. Hey, sperm whales are cool!
VERY impressive job on your custom repaint of the Washington & Old Dominion trolley! It reminds me of the repaint I did using the same kind of MTH trolley, I did mine as a North Jersey Rapid Transit car.
Hey, if that Presidential Mikado won't pull all the presidential commemorative cars go shopping for a complete Lionel "Spirit of '76" Bicentennial series assortment. I assure you that Mike WILL handle all 13 state cars in the series, I pull mine with a Lionel "President Washington" Pacific from 1990. Those cars are coming out of the woodwork now as original owners downsize.
A very enjoyable video! Thanks for posting!
Thank you so much for sharing your memories, that's great!
This is the collection of my dreams (except in HO lol).
Great meeting you at CORT!
Thank you, I am glad you enjoyed the video! It was great to meet you too!
Train people are not like that. If one guy has 1000 trains or 10 trains, it’s all good we like going to the meats, seeing the trains talking to people and generally just enjoying the day
Yea, I just felt the need to put the disclaimer because there are people out there that think I am showing off unfortunately. I have been online too long haha
I concur, I enjoy train meets even if I come home empty-handed, which doesn't happen too often. I really enjoy the festival atmosphere and the people I meet.
Awesome video keep them up
Thank you!
Impressive roster RJ!
Thank you!
You can never have too many Amtrak locomotives. ;)
I definitely do not have 4 more on preorder...
That's a lot of engines 😮.
Yea I have a problem
Nice Stuff! Except for that Day One E8 set, get rid of those
I will leave them for you in my will
Nice roster! The lack of N&W power is disrespectful but ill cut you some slack lol
If I was a millionaire, I would buy a 611 but, I am not, so no N&W for me yet lol
very nice
Thank you!
RJ, buy another presidential engine, send it to Sid, and have him put a front coupler on it! Walla problem solved! 😉
Maybe, or I can buy a different and stronger "patriotic engine" but I also never run it/my layout isn't big enough for all the cars so there is no point
Btw Stephney is a video that JimmyTrains has on its youtube examples for the drivein :)
Thank you very much that means a lot !
You have a sweet collection (other than that Mets garbage)
Haha Let’s go Mets
Well you've got more, but most of them are Amtrak and Long Island, so not sure that's actually 'winning'! At least you saved the best for last. :)
Well there was a second Western Maryland adjacent locomotive in there haha
Bro when will u post a nother episode on building your train layout
I just posted one like three weeks ago haha. Haven’t done much work since
Where do u store ur engines/rolling stock when they’re not on the layout (not sure if u answer this in the vid just started watching)
I keep them all in storage bins under the layout
I know that thumb nail is a nod to unluckytug
Love his videos
@@rj.trains me as well
First one to view like and comment the video yesssssssssssss!?!?!?!!??
Thanks for watching!
Not showing off
Thanks for sharing
I am glad you enjoyed it
@rj.trains I am happy about your comments on your Hudson
I have the same one
Nice RJ. Thanks for showing us. Would you be willing to show us your conventional post war and any MPC Engines?🙏🙏👍❤️
I have 3 postwar locomotives and 2 MPC ones. I’m already making the postwar series. Don’t know if the effort that would go into making the MPC video would = the ROI. Never say never
@ totally understand. 👍
