I have mine frozen too, but I've heard plenty of times that people can still get cards because some credit card companies would ignore the freeze and submit it anyways.

I must admit I have fallen victim to identity fraud before and the headache it caused me in the UK Was unreal, just because of idiots working in the government sector, but the cheek of Keith trying this on 😂, never back down from pressure like this, allways be vigilant and do what heith did here, take the power away from them, then they have bread crumbs leftover, not much they can do then😅
