First time trying this meditation, I was deep into it and near the end I felt my whole body was covered in blue light and then I saw flashing blue lights coming towards me and it felt so real, I had to open my eyes and tears started forming from my eyes. Absolutely incredible experience! Thank you, I will be doing this and other chakra meditations more often for sure!

Wow this was soo good! Thank you Sarah! 🙏🏾 During the meditation I had the strong sensation to throw up, and I did, just the physical movement of it ( not actual barf). Also your voice was soo very soothing. Will definitely be continuing with this mediation. Thank you again. 🙏🏾😊
Thank you Sarah! I think that my throat chakra is quite blocked... I still feel like there is a stone in my throat. But I feel like doing this meditation more could really help me♡

This may be an entirely selfish request. Or an idea for an additional meditation for you and the team. When living in a larger house. I had space to do private silent meditation. currently, I live in a smaller house with a husband and 4 pets. Noise canceling headphones with a guided meditation; must suffice. The most effective chakra alignment for me begins at the crown-down.

I don't really understand about chakras. I know they're energy centres but not more than that. Why should they be 'balanced'? What does it mean if 4 of them are clear and the rest are blocked for example, and how do we know this? I know there's lots on Google but it's too much to make the time for. I would love a quick short explanation. I'm going to do this one now though because I have problems with my throat, mouth and upper respiratory area. I am curious. Thank you.

I thought I was imagining the crickets, but they are in the audio lol
