    So I've only used this pressure washer one time. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxfQauTxLT0JLSvqkq10rD79TU4k0Vz8zP The one time I used it, it worked great. I recently had new siding installed but kept the old gutters and small areas surrounding my house that weren't replaced so they looked horrible and dirty because of the new siding. I needed to get it cleaned asap. When I used the pressure washer, man it just melted all the dirt and grime that was on those areas of my house. I used that krud kutter soap and it was over after that. Easy to assemble, feels durable, very simple to use. Also, I purchased a used one to save money and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I want to get more use out of it so I think I'll be washing the cars and update this comment as time goes on.

    Pressure is just a restriction to flow so if you reduce the flow rate you will increase the pressure. I would imagine they have a built-in pressure relief, so they don't burn out of motor/pump assembly. That squeak sounds like a slow closing valve which would be used to reduce water hammer issues so it may sound annoying but it's better than breaking water lines from hammering. I install similar valves at work on my process equipment, so I know that sound all too well.

    That part that the manul doesn't tell you about is a very crucial part of the assembly, it's a doo-dad and helps with the complete function and operation of the thinga-ma-jig

    That sound is water hammer because it's a quick closing valve..would try puting a inline air arrester on there should help with the sound.

    Great set up Mike, your like me with quick connects. Makes it so easier, but also more secure. Looks to be a nice pressure washer. I've got an industrial pressure washer, mine has a psi guage built in and a knob to up and lower the pressure

    While hard turn 90 degree fittings make things look neat and make things easy to hook up, they do impede flow of liquid. Any type of fitting that has a radius design or even just a hose that is routed in a radius will out flow a hard 90. Also a sharp or hard 90 will cavitate in the corner as well.
    Fluid dynamics.
    How much loss I have never checked, but have experienced it while running fuel and oiling systems for performance applications such as race car, performance boats, etc. Flow dramatically changes when using a full flow 90 vs a hard 90. This is on the low pressure side not the high pressure side, higher pressure overcomes the restriction at some point. Whether it affects the gpm on the suction side of a high pressure pump is unknown. Just some info.

    I wouldn't pay $300 for this. Their PSI & GPM is off, which they all are. Therefore them saying the unit will last around 200 hours has got to be off as well so I'm guessing the unit will last a little over 100 hours. More like a disposable pressure washer. Not for me but I like the video. Thx

    Hey mike, I have a similar setup with that pressure washer and mine isn’t putting out any pressure after I press the trigger 3-4 times. Even though it’s still on, after the third or fourth press of the trigger, it doesn’t stay pressurized or make any noise at all anymore. Any thoughts as to why this is? Also, when I attach the foam cannon, the foam falls to the floor. I’ve tried 5 different foam cannons and 2 different sprayers. I’ve also replaced the oriface and adjusted the top and front knobs of all foam cannons and the foam still falls to the floor. I’m stumped.

    Do you happen to notice the pressure washer pro putting pressure back into the supply line when you let go of the trigger? Mine makes that whine noise as well but seems to add an extreme amount of pressure back into my water supply and it doesn't seem right.

      @@MikeLife1I understand that the pressure washer it self will hold pressure. But using the supplied black hose that came with the product you can visually watch that black hose swell up when trigger is released. It's a great enough amount of pressure that it blows the seal on a filter housing I have installed before the pressure washer. I have 2 of these units and both do the same thing. Any experience with that?

    I bought a portable pressure washer but thinking about taking it back to buy this. Would u recomend this? Do I need an air compressor to make it work or just hook the water hose to it? Will this replace a pressure washer?

    • @packetattack7437
      @packetattack7437 ปีที่แล้ว

      No air compressor needed. The pump is built into the back of the housing. Just hook up a water hose and a 20 amp dedicated circuit.

    The marking on your tips is not mm, it is a rating for the volume of washer they are for. The marking are GPM rating. 2.5 GPM, 3.0 GPM ...
    So yeah a 3.0 is going to flow more than a 2.5. Also the other marking on the tips is the degree of fan.
    Great review though.
