    1. Better overall strength and conditioning for people who don't do serious strength training or conditioning.
    2. Improved mobility and flexibility
    3. Improved physical skills
    4. Improved focus and the ability to relax
    As I suggest in the video, I believe kung fu training, or any martial arts training, can be a tremendous complement to your other fitness training. If you have the opportunity, find a decent training facility.
    While am no kung fu master, I can teach a variety of techniques and forms from my past training, and I include this training in my Barbells and Kung Fu program.
