I'm sure the game is dope, but for me I'll wait until a few qol items are added/fixed. Don't want to deal with some of the more tedious things like broken axes and inventory ect. Just want to play not micromanage .
Makes sense, I always tell people to play a game for what it is now, not what it might someday be. Personally I've been enjoying No Rest for the Wicked in it's current form, but it'll definitely be much better after a few patches.
Try using a faster weapon like Dagger or Straight Sword, he tends to be easier to avoid with faster weapons than slower ones. You can also use a shield to block his attacks if you're struggling to time your dodges.
Finished all the DS games but jeez the parry timing in this game I just can't get my head around, I'm finding the combat terribly tedious at the moment, hoping it clicks soon.
