Yep you now have to farm the two silver ores, buy the one if you are lucky from the general store. Exit out of your game, move the clock on your pc one to two days, and do it all over again
thanks for your vids, i'm absolutely loving them. the info you've been helping us with is invaluable. since epic enchants are pure RNG, every person will have to find their own way, capitalizing on the drops they get.
Wouldn't you buy a trash claymore to test out a rune on it, so if it's good or bad, you can take it off and destroy the trash claymore? Instead of buy a trash claymore, take its rune off and put it on your main claymore only to decide you don't like the rune now you're stuck with it on your main claymore.
Tired of claymore. It’s way too slow. One swing and you’re open to get killed. Too boring and slow. Tired of games that take hours to get by an area let alone a boss. Idk how people see this as fun. I don’t mind a challenge but I’m tired of spending days on one area.
I have a build that by blocking takes no damage from any enemies except for the end game dungeon boss’s first form and very minimal damage from him. His second form I take no damage and blocking also deals about 20 damage to the enemies every time they attack the shield. Pretty easy way for casuals to just block their way through the game lol
I’ve been looking to understand why we take damage when blocking and how to mitigate receiving damage when blocking. I couldn’t find any tool tips on it.
@@lukepoplawski3230 I didnt completely stop the damage from blocking, but theres a rin that when you take damage you deal damage and vice versa. You pair that with perks that when you deal damage you heal, add an indestructible shield and voila you heal more damage than you receive while blocking, and do damage at the same time.
@@lukepoplawski3230 also i pair the heaviest armor i can find with the build, since you only have to block you just want to mitigate as much damage as possible and yeah im at the point where only the endgame dungeon boss's first form can do any damage to me and its barely any, if I get a good roll on a heavy helm im pretty sure I can mitigate all his damage. The only thing you have to worry about the build is getting your poise broke, but you just do a quick roll out and start blocking again.
@@rajun_cajunnn8033 do you know what the “mechanics” are of blocking? Like does a light shield mean you take more damage when you block when compared to a medium/heavy shield? Does a heavy shield eliminate damage taken with block? There are very key elements of the game that are purposefully vague.
I’ve only ever found stag antlers from The general store, I have 3 realms with Grinnich upgraded since his shop is random. He’s the best chance in my opinion to get boar tusks and stag antlers for those crafted weapons.
Big advice get health back on hit you can get it on weapons and ring also focus on hit you can get it on weapons and gloves , health on hit makes you breeze through everything
I just got this cracked great axe I made and enchanted has 36 percent extra fire damage with infusion only with a little focus cost so I have 50 instead of 100 but the ability cost 50 anyways
Yes, it is helpful. Will improve my game tomorrow. Time to sleep now. Thanks bro! Also in my profile some nice beat tunes to listen, while playing. ;-)
Dude thank you, Im only level 3 and have reached a point where I cant really kill anyone without dying. and I know it is a matter of get good, but man is it hard.... going to try to learn to parry. Possibly need to invest in a Controller
You could as well try heavy armor and use the charge to stun most enemies.. then hit once heavy and run. On top it helps to use grenades to kill the fire throwing npcs.. That’s what i did in early levels as a souls noob. With the tutorial boss i fought him until i could kill him without healing and parrying perfectly. Just don’t give up. Using controller did not make it feel better for me, i rock the keyboard my whole life lol.
Controller alone will be great for this. I bought a wired one for 18.00 on Amazon it’s a Logitech just for this game. I tried an Xbox controller but it kept disconnecting. Wired for the win… also wired are much cheaper
yea about parry... every mob have different tempo so gl with that. I just went heavy armour + normal weight. now Ill pump str more and focus. glad I started with strength
I never knew there was a Innkeeper quest, and now that I'm endgame, the path to save gordon is blocked :( Do it before you get to the endgame or you'll be stuck without a cook like me!
If you have additional elemental damage on your weapon and infuse gem with another one, gem effect will gem replace the first one? And I guess gems and affixes are not stacking also, even if you have same element.
I wanted to go with a dexterity build with dual daggers and bow, "rogue style" but at this point I am mainly seeing more reliable strength build with lots of stamina and focus. with health regain and focus regain. working myself to get the blink rune and farming for new weapons cause my gear is all over the place right now. but might want to start a new character cause it's starting to get really tough and dex based weapon takes a lot of time to kill things. more chances to make mistakes.
Hey man im doing a dex build and maybe for outright damage isnt as good as strength. But lets utilise the speed and get health on hit on your daggers then with the extra hits you will get lots of hp back making you quite tanky if u have good armour
@@jackbernard484 ive seen some good builds specially with a legendary daggers called bleeders delight. it looks pretty good but even at this point the best dex build is that blood reflective damage build. things are still bound to change and reflect damage will probably get nerfed as it is extremely OP. @Quiqueleal85 yeah some good dex builds out there I'm only at early/mid game currently got a scimitar but do have double daggers. I'm also going to do a str based build as a secondary
I think they should of just started everyone after prologue because 80% of the bad reviews they quit because they couldn’t beat the first boss and don’t get to see any of the arpg side of itemization in NRFTW
@@P4wnyhof Yea most people aren’t even close to that progression so what’s the point? Streamers are already done with the game talking about builds when people are lucky to have found maybe two weapons. Lol

You can buy bear paws from the vendor lvl 3 which is good for upgrading since you can’t find them easily

There’s a larger Chest that doesn’t tell you slots when buying; holds 30-35 of

Grinnich on lvl 3 sells Bear Paws and other tier 3 mats tho
Won't be important until 15h in kinda

How do I get bear paws? I need that to level my weapon

"cubberd" (that's how native English speakers say "cupboard")
