- Firstly, I make no apology for the somewhat 'amateur' look/feel to this video. The reason being, because I am exactly that - VERY amateur at video editing!
What this trip has taught me however, is that I now understand why there are so many wildlife vloggers out there that capture themselves on route to the venue, as well as transitions of them walking away from/towards the next area. In my case here, I have added 'text captions' to guide you through the story (a lesson learnt Nick - You MUST record more to camera, LOTS more!)
So, if you can see past my shortcomings in terms of actual footage, then I hope you enjoy the content within this short vlog; from a very long, but enjoyable day photographing & videoing of some stunning seabirds; along with Meadow Pipits, Skylark & Tree Sparrows on the way back out.
PLEASE like this video, & consider hitting subscribe on my channel, it REALLY helps :-)

Thank you Andy. There’s always plenty to see at Bempton, I have visited in late Autumn & the Auks (puffins, razorbills & guillemots) we’re gone, but still lots of gannets. Tree sparrows, peregrine & the barn owls around. Best of luck with your trip.
Best,
Nick
Beautiful video Nick! We just subscribed to your channel. 😊
Thanks very much @wildtravelsdemystified 🙏 Subscribed to your channel too 👍
Nice vlog mate 👍🏻
Thanks very much Dan 🙏
Nice one Nick and a long day up here this time of year 😅 That sunrise looked particularly lush across the water
Thanks Joel, yup it was a long ol’e day, but I was prepared for that. Arrived the day before, nice comfy b&b, early night & a packed lunch/coffee/water & it was lovely being up there at dawn with nobody else around. Think this was my best trip yet, in terms of positions of the birds & the surroundings. Came away happy, tired; but happy. Cheers mate 🙏
