Good video and lots of useful information. I decided to do a tiered savings this year for specific times, and I just knew that everyone would buy during the highest percent off time, but it was evenly spread out. The times were set up in my Shopify store, so I didn't have to do anything after the initial setup. I created a free product just for Black Friday weekend orders and I can honestly say that it was the most successful Black Friday that I've had in a long time.
Congrats on such a successful Black Friday!! I love the tiered strategy, I did that once and it was another fantastic way to build your average basket. Hope you have a successful holiday season as well!

I'm one of those new customers! I fell instantly in love with your scents. The body butters are amazing. Suggestions on bundles: same scents in scrub or whipped soap and then body butters, to stack the scents. I'll definitely be a returning customer soon!

After pay with Square takes something like 6 percent plus 20 cents or something. Pretty steep. Good thoughts on making mobile look good.
I hear you, it's a lot. But for me acquiring a direct to consume customer is more profitable even with the fees versus wholesale but you should always do what's right for your business!
