I spent an entire year doing any market I could get into and it was exhausting but I learned which ones worked for my business and which ones didn't so now I have a rotation of markets that typically do well for my business. It's always good to give something a try! Some of my best markets were ones I didn't have the best hopes for. :)

I totally agree with this! That’s my game plan this year and already some of the “smaller” or less known ones have been my best!

I’ve noticed I make significantly more sales when I stand up. So I end up never sitting at markets (my poor feet 😅) your booth looks great. The morning chaos is sooo real for events

I love watching you make soap! It's so relaxing and satisfying. ☺️ Thanks for sharing your week with us, always love seeing the updates and what's going on in your business. It's inspiring for my own! ♥️♥️ And oh my goodness, I'm with your husband on the Naan! I love Indian food and love a good gyro as well! 😋

You are so right about that last market. Sometimes, you just gotta chalk it up to experience and move on. I’m looking forward to your last wholesale vid!

So fun, I love this market I did it about 3 weeks ago it was a bit slow according to others but I made a good amount. If that was slow I could only imagine a good day would be great sales-wise.

Oh so nice that you are local! I feel the same...if what I made was on a "slow" day, the busy days will be 1000% worth it. I'll be there a few more times this summer so maybe I'll see you!

OMG the workout class in the field, I'm dying 🤣☠ I'm glad you were able to talk to the owner though and get some more info on it all. I have a question about your product display, I noticed people opening up the jars on the shelves...did you ask them to stop and direct them to samples, or were they able to open those? I struggle with having samples or ways for people to smell ALL of my products. And I've had people open jars and just start to peel off the sealed lining on the inside!! Just to smell it!!

It's very frustrating but people will always open the jars...I just try to kindly say something like "I actually have all the fragrances open here so it's easier to smell everything" and then they don't open any more. I've toyed with the idea of leaving a tester on each shelf too...but I just feel like that's a waste of product so I haven't done that yet. I can't believe they tried to peel of the sealing inside though...that would send me over the edge!

Girl, my passive aggressive would have come out with that workout class…
I would have put my stuff in my wagon and started heading into my spot straight away at 9:30.
I, too, stay positive, but holy moly.
You are not wrong. If there is food and drinks, it does help!
It looked like a cute spot, sorry it was a bust.

Some people were like F this...and literally popped their tent in the middle of the class which is now kinda funny thinking back. The space has so much potential but sadly after talking with the organizer there are just so many road blocks...hopefully she can fix them!

@@caitlinblue if parking is minimum, that’s the biggest road block… 😕

Sorry every house most certainly does not have a rhododendron in England…..not sure where you obtained that info.

I was saying every house in New England has a rhododendron, and I would know because I have lived here my whole life. New England is not in England…
