On the 28st of April, 2024, Steamrail Victoria ran Steam train shuttles from Flinders Street Station to Glen Huntly Station and back, consisting of Steam Locomotive K153, and Tait Set 317M-341T-230D-208T-381M.
In total, there were 5 Shuttles throughout the day from Mernda to Reservoir and back, along with 2 Transfer trips, from Newport - Flinders Street - Mernda in the morning, and from Mernda - Flinders Street - Newport in the late afternoon.
