I used Hot and Spicy Tomato Chilly Sauce Maggie brand(2Tbsp) instead of the chilly sauce and added only one Tbsp of Ketchup/tomato sauce. Instead of sugar I used Sweet Soy(1 tsp) sauce so the curry became darker. I also didn't want a lot of gravy so I boiled it a little more before adding the cauliflower florets. And I also double fried the cauliflower florets to make them a little more crispy. All in all, I am happy I tried your recipe. Thanks Mia
