I am an American, however my DNA is primarily Scottish/Irish. I was born in America and have lived here all my life. I love the Russian people, and wish them well. I have been studying the Russian language for more than a year, and am fascinated by them and their history. I hope you will share with everyone that most, if not all of the people I know, also love Russia. Most Americans don't buy into the propaganda that is shown on the news. We are ashamed of our corrupt gov't. and wish the best for ALL Russian people. If it were possible, I would move to Russia to escape the westernization that we are surrounded by. Life is still rather wholesome for families in Russia. I even watch Russian television shows, and can see that they are not filled with as much violence, sexuality, and amoral behavior. Cuando tenia 14 años durante una clase de la escuela, en un libro sobre historia leimos brevemente sobre historia de Rusia. Desde ese momento nunca deje de leer sobre Rusia, de escuchar musica rusa, de ver todo lo pudiera sobre Rusia. Small correction; if it weren't for this war, Ukraine would be a member of NATO by now and Crimea would be another mega US military and naval base just like Okinawa, with the only difference being that the American fleet would be able to stroll almost in Russian waters. As a former member of the US Forces in Iraq and Afghanistan I absolutely understand how Daniel feels. I’m so happy he found his peace and don’t care where he found it. I am 55 years old russian man,who's mother as 12 year child lived in St.Petersburg during the Nazi blocade of the city in 1941-1943! More than 600 000 civilians died only from starvation including women and children, besides those who fall by bombs and shells! Do not believe anybody that Russins wants war - that is lie! I moved to russia two months ago, and this channel helped me solidify my decision when a lot of people around me were against it mostly because of what they hear from the media. So far it's been enjoyable, I've started learning to dance, met a few Russians that swore to teach me how to swim, heck I'll be performing at a show this weekend (something I've never thought to try). The language has been my major challenge generally and I really can't wait to learn enough.

I really like Tolstoy, Dostoevsky and Chekhov. I also say that Russia has some cities that are better than cities in America, such as Saint Petersburg, Moscow and Kazan. I saw this yesterday, and thought about a lot last night. The old lady who invited Daniel in, reminded me of my grandmother. I read many comments from Russians, and they showed video about Danial made a positive impact. I’ve watched and read many interviews, speeches, and press conferences by President Putin, and compared that to President Biden. I have high respect for President Putin. I wish our countries could be friends. I think most people are.

I'm also Mexican-American the blood of my indigenous ancestors flows through my veins, I grew up in the United States I love both nations equally. In the United States I grew up mainly with Russians, Armenians, Philipinos, and Vietnamese. Some of my best childhood friends were Russians, Vitaly was from Novosibirsk, Grigory was from Moscow, David was from Ukraine, Marina was from Ukraine, Hai was from Vietnam, and Hector was from the Philippines. I from a very young age learned to accept other cultures, our differences and we found common ground to be able to coexist and be friends. I learned to love the Russian culture music and language, as well as learning from my other friends about Vietnam their food language I met all their parents they cooked for us and treated us like we where their own. When you have experiences like this you develop a lot of empathy for people of different creeds, political views, and cultures. I feel like a lot of the problem in the USA is this idea that all Russians are bad, all Russians are evil. I bet people who think this way have never met a Russian in their life. You have more in common with Russians than you probably do with Canadians. They are incredible people kind, intellectual, strong, direct, they love family, God, country, and are extremely patriotic. It saddens me when I hear politicians and other dummies say things like "we support and supply Ukraine with our old weapons that way we can clear our old stock and in the process kill Russians" although many of these goons are in positions of power, most Americans do not feel this way. We understand the geopolitical war that is happening, the neoliberal ideology that is being pushed on the world, and from my experience knowing people like Vitaly I can tell you, Russia is not going to fold.

Can you explain to me how supporting Russia in its attempt to conquer its smaller neighbor is a great effort for peace? If you saw a much larger man trying to beat and enslave the smaller guy, would you cheer the attacker on and decry people for giving the smaller guy weapons with which to defend himself? Russia just sentenced a woman to seven years in prison for replacing a few price tags in a store with antiwar slogans. It has arrested people for holding up blank pieces of paper. I am half Russian, I was born there but I grew up in Greece. Russia doesn't feel like home but there are so many aspects that I love about the people! Russians are generous, they welcome you in the best and most heartwarming way. I am always impressed by their ability to adapt to any situation. They are inventive. (And of course their authors are the BEST!)

Я афроамериканец и ветеран армии, который побывал в России, затем жил в небольшом городке Свободный в Амурской области. В детстве, когда я был афроамериканцем, мне всегда советовали никогда туда не ездить, потому что мне рассказывали ветераны гораздо более старшего возраста из региона холодной войны и Вьетнама, а также то, что я видел или читал об этой стране. В 2019 году я впервые приехала в Россию из США со своей лучшей подругой в ее родной город. Я встретил много людей, некоторые из которых сейчас очень близкие друзья из Свободного, Благовещенска, Хабаровска и Иркурста. Я побывал на Байкале, в очень красивом месте. Я во второй раз вернулся в Россию с ноября 2021 года по апрель 2022 года, и я остановился с друзьями в Свободном на тихой для меня ферме. Я очень люблю Россию, людей и ее культуру и считаю ее вторым домом для меня, даже если я не являюсь гражданином. Друзья, теперь друзья семьи приветствуют меня с распростертыми объятиями, а не в Америке со всей этой ерундой. Я молюсь о том, чтобы когда-нибудь я снова вернулся на Родину, и когда-нибудь все урегулирует отношения между двумя странами.
Вы сказали, что вы афроамериканец а из какой страны? Какой национальности? В России говорят, допустим: я из Британии, шотландец. Или : я из Казахстана, немец. Или: я из Швейцарии, француз. Обычно люди называют только страну. А если еще спрашивают про национальность , тогда отвечают. Национальности американец нет. Это как сказать: я европеец (азиат, австралиец, американец, африканец). Если у нас живут люди из других стран, приняли наше гражданство и планируют, что их семьи будут жить в России они могут сказать: я русский немец, русский шотландец, русский француз. Или просто сказать : я француз или я русский. Обычно у нас считают, что человек принадлежит к той национальности, на языке которой он думает. Так как у нас многонациональная страна за века люди вступали в брак с людьми другой национальности. По крови у нас обычно смесь кровей. Мама - русская, папа - украинец, бабушка наполовину чувашка, наполовину русская, отец - наполовину грузин наполовину поляк. Поэтому человек сам себя причисляет к любой национальности. Национальность говорит о традициях и укладах народа. У разных народов ( национальностей) разные языки, песни, танцы, кухня, традиции. В России около 200 народов и национальностей. Когда мне кто- либо называет национальность я могу сориентироваться с человеком какой культуры и каких традиций я общаюсь. Допустим, если в США я буду общаться с Китайцем или Итальянцем я буду понимать с человеком какой культуры я общаюсь. Хотя я знаю, что в Китае и в Италии есть регионы, где проживают разные национальности. Вот такие у нас в России тонкости в плане националтности. Свою национальность называть не обязательно, можно назвать только имя. Нам странно слышать: я - афроамериканец, но не слышать я - евроамериканец или австралоамериканец. Если вы думаете на английском языке, можно сказать я англичанин из США. Или я анголец( египтянин, мароканец и т. д) из США. У нас коренным народом в штатах считают индейцев. Если вы скажете : я индеец, люди поймут, что вы из США . Я - американец почему- то называют себя жители Северной Америки. В Южной живут бразильцы, чилийцы, аргентинцы и т. д , хотя им навязали испанский и португальский языки. Наверное совсем вас запутала. Извините. Удачи вам! Всем мира и добра!

Всё верно, простой люд не хочет ни войн, ни каких - то политических противостояний. Russia is not fighting Ukraine. They warned them to stop shelling Donbass region . They offered them peace negotiations and they refused. Ukraine +Nato want fighting.

As an American, I agree. Smiling doesn’t seem genuine to me when it seems like everyone does it just to be polite. It’s hard to tell if someone is mocking me or actually joking with me when a smile could mean both passive aggressive and/or friendliness.

Да и за 4 месяца не так уж часто приходится снег чистить во дворе и около дома. В апреле уже в майках гоняем. Май чаще холоднее апреля почему то. Но после 20 мая уже тепло, и садим огороды. Ну, а в теплицы, конечно, раньше. Последние несколько лет и октябрь очень тёплый, купаемся ещё.

There are a lot of similarities between Daniel and me with our life experiences. I am also a former military and served in several hotspots around the world during my career to include SWA. I live in Vladivostok and love living there as well as my interaction with the Russian people. I am accepted and the people are genuinely happy that I am living in Russia. I can never say enough about how wonderful the Russian people are and their culture.

I live in Moscow and my friends from Nigeria received free medical care. In China, the hospital will not provide any service for free. I have been studying the Russian language for more than a year, and am fascinated by them and their history. I hope you will share with everyone that most, if not all of the people I know, also love Russia. Most Americans don't buy into the propaganda that is shown on the news. Cuando tenia 14 años durante una clase de la escuela, en un libro sobre historia leimos brevemente sobre historia de Rusia. Desde ese momento nunca deje de leer sobre Rusia, de escuchar musica rusa, de ver todo lo pudiera sobre Rusia. Durante muchos años fue dificil expresarlo abiertamente porque no paraban de hacer bromas u ofenderme por apreciar a este pais al cual sin dudarlo en todo momento defendi. Mi sueño hoy en dia es lo que ha logrado este hombre Daniel, espero algun dia me permitan visitar Rusia y poder aportar a su gran pais, ganarme un lugar y vivir hasta mis ultimos dias en un pequeño pueblo ruso lo mas rural posible. Mexico y Rusia comparten muchas similitudes. Small correction; if it weren't for this war, Ukraine would be a member of NATO by now and Crimea would be another mega US military and naval base just like Okinawa, with the only difference being that the American fleet would be able to stroll almost in Russian waters. I moved to russia two months ago, and this channel helped me solidify my decision when a lot of people around me were against it mostly because of what they hear from the media. So far it's been enjoyable, I've started learning to dance, met a few Russians that swore to teach me how to swim, heck I'll be performing at a show this weekend (something I've never thought to try). The language has been my major challenge generally and I really can't wait to learn enough.

The old lady who invited Daniel in, reminded me of my grandmother.
I read many comments from Russians, and they showed video about Danial made a positive impact.
I’ve watched and read many interviews, speeches, and press conferences by President Putin, and compared that to President Biden. I have high respect for President Putin.
I wish our countries could be friends. I think most people are.

I'm also Mexican-American the blood of my indigenous ancestors flows through my veins, I grew up in the United States I love both nations equally. In the United States I grew up mainly with Russians, Armenians, Philipinos, and Vietnamese. Some of my best childhood friends were Russians, Vitaly was from Novosibirsk, Grigory was from Moscow, David was from Ukraine, Marina was from Ukraine, Hai was from Vietnam, and Hector was from the Philippines. I from a very young age learned to accept other cultures, our differences and we found common ground to be able to coexist and be friends. I learned to love the Russian culture music and language, as well as learning from my other friends about Vietnam their food language I met all their parents they cooked for us and treated us like we where their own. When you have experiences like this you develop a lot of empathy for people of different creeds, political views, and cultures. I feel like a lot of the problem in the USA is this idea that all Russians are bad, all Russians are evil. I bet people who think this way have never met a Russian in their life. You have more in common with Russians than you probably do with Canadians. They are incredible people kind, intellectual, strong, direct, they love family, God, country, and are extremely patriotic. It saddens me when I hear politicians and other dummies say things like "we support and supply Ukraine with our old weapons that way we can clear our old stock and in the process kill Russians" although many of these goons are in positions of power, most Americans do not feel this way. We understand the geopolitical war that is happening, the neoliberal ideology that is being pushed on the world, and from my experience knowing people like Vitaly I can tell you, Russia is not going to fold.

Can you explain to me how supporting Russia in its attempt to conquer its smaller neighbor is a great effort for peace? If you saw a much larger man trying to beat and enslave the smaller guy, would you cheer the attacker on and decry people for giving the smaller guy weapons with which to defend himself? Russia just sentenced a woman to seven years in prison for replacing a few price tags in a store with antiwar slogans. It has arrested people for holding up blank pieces of paper. В детстве, когда я был афроамериканцем, мне всегда советовали никогда туда не ездить, потому что мне рассказывали ветераны гораздо более старшего возраста из региона холодной войны и Вьетнама, а также то, что я видел или читал об этой стране. В 2019 году я впервые приехала в Россию из США со своей лучшей подругой в ее родной город. Я встретил много людей, некоторые из которых сейчас очень близкие друзья из Свободного, Благовещенска, Хабаровска и Иркурста. Я побывал на Байкале, в очень красивом месте. Я во второй раз вернулся в Россию с ноября 2021 года по апрель 2022 года, и я остановился с друзьями в Свободном на тихой для меня ферме. Я очень люблю Россию, людей и ее культуру и считаю ее вторым домом для меня, даже если я не являюсь гражданином. Друзья, теперь друзья семьи приветствуют меня с распростертыми объятиями, а не в Америке со всей этой ерундой. В России говорят, допустим: я из Британии, шотландец. Или : я из Казахстана, немец. Или: я из Швейцарии, француз. Обычно люди называют только страну. А если еще спрашивают про национальность , тогда отвечают.
Национальности американец нет. Это как сказать: я европеец (азиат, австралиец, американец, африканец). Если у нас живут люди из других стран, приняли наше гражданство и планируют, что их семьи будут жить в России они могут сказать: я русский немец, русский шотландец, русский француз. Или просто сказать : я француз или я русский. Обычно у нас считают, что человек принадлежит к той национальности, на языке которой он думает. Так как у нас многонациональная страна за века люди вступали в брак с людьми другой национальности. По крови у нас обычно смесь кровей. Мама - русская, папа - украинец, бабушка наполовину чувашка, наполовину русская, отец - наполовину грузин наполовину поляк. Поэтому человек сам себя причисляет к любой национальности. Национальность говорит о традициях и укладах народа. У разных народов ( национальностей) разные языки, песни, танцы, кухня, традиции. В России около 200 народов и национальностей. Когда мне кто- либо называет национальность я могу сориентироваться с человеком какой культуры и каких традиций я общаюсь. Допустим, если в США я буду общаться с Китайцем или Итальянцем я буду понимать с человеком какой культуры я общаюсь. Хотя я знаю, что в Китае и в Италии есть регионы, где проживают разные национальности.
Вот такие у нас в России тонкости в плане националтности. Свою национальность называть не обязательно, можно назвать только имя.
Нам странно слышать: я - афроамериканец, но не слышать я - евроамериканец или австралоамериканец.
Если вы думаете на английском языке, можно сказать я англичанин из США. Или я анголец( египтянин, мароканец и т. д) из США. У нас коренным народом в штатах считают индейцев. Если вы скажете : я индеец, люди поймут, что вы из США . Я - американец почему- то называют себя жители Северной Америки. В Южной живут бразильцы, чилийцы, аргентинцы и т. д , хотя им навязали испанский и португальский языки.

Типа у меня ПТСР и поэтому я уехал в Россию, а чего не в Канаду или Аляску, там похожая местность и новый язык не нужно учить. И учитывая как нас обманывали с минскими соглашениями, навязывали американскую дерьмократию, свободу слова(которая оказалась вседозволенностью) и прочей лабуденью, превращая нас во второсортную колонию, на которую сначала клюнул Ельцин, теперь нужно быть очень осторожными к улыбкам и сердобольным речам амеров. Живу в таёжном сибирском посёлке.
Снег выпадает, чтобы прямо нужно его чистить, только в ноябре.
В марте снег только в лесу, и немного в огороде.
Дворы уже чистые.
Да и за 4 месяца не так уж часто приходится снег чистить во дворе и около дома.
В апреле уже в майках гоняем. Май чаще холоднее апреля почему то. Но после 20 мая уже тепло, и садим огороды. Ну, а в теплицы, конечно, раньше.
Последние несколько лет и октябрь очень тёплый, купаемся ещё.
Какой прекрасный мужчина!Видно,как болит его душа.Дай Бог ему излечиться от этого и найти свое счастье!

There are a lot of similarities between Daniel and me with our life experiences. I am also a former military and served in several hotspots around the world during my career to include SWA. I live in Vladivostok and love living there as well as my interaction with the Russian people. I am accepted and the people are genuinely happy that I am living in Russia. I can never say enough about how wonderful the Russian people are and their culture.

I personally do not believe in evil Russia, evil America, evil Africa or Europe. We ordinary people always come to an agreement, regardless of our origin, religion or other beliefs. I live in Moscow and my friends from Nigeria received free medical care. In China, the hospital will not provide any service for free. In Russia, if a person suddenly becomes ill, the ambulance will be free, as will the operation. Last year I had an operation at the Sklifosovsky clinic for free, my life depended on it. At that time I was undergoing tests at a paid clinic, but at night I became ill and called an ambulance home. All the best to you and may there be more good moments in your new homeland!

Oh wow Russia is really suffering under sanctions. No fake processed American fast foods. No corn syrup processed drinks. No lgbtq propaganda. No child drag shows. Life is hard there. I might actually move there. Looks nice

Wow, I'm watching Daniel's channel and didn't expect to see a report about him on another channel. I also didn't know that he was suffering from PTSD, which is very sad to hear. I am glad that Daniel found his peace in Siberia, in a remote village. Sometimes life turns in the most amazing and unexpected way! I wish Daniel and his beautiful girlfriend happiness and harmony ❤
It’s sad that the Government try’s so hard to make us hate each other. I’m glad that people recognize this and instead of feeding into it we have people like you two that are working hard to prove them wrong. ❤

Парень конечно молодец. Собственное мнение и желание жить в далёком российском городке. Но когда он говорит о своем доме, маме у него такая грусть на лице. Хочу пожелать ему счастья, детишек и конечно же жить в ладу с самим собой.

Вы правы на все сто %. Родной дом там, где живут твои родители! Данька добрая душа и очень любит свою маму, сестёр. Видно по нём, что он очень скучает за ними! Дай Бог, чтобы в его жизни произошли перемены в лучшую сторону, понятно, что не от хорошей жизни он покинул родных.
Добрая душа поехал убивать за денежку в чужую страну, за что и получил кармическое наказание в виде птср и еще как я понимаю некоторых плюшек.
@@user-duser33всё куда проще. С пенсией уровня юэса он может прекрасно жить тут где остальные 90% коренных жителей гниют в прямом смысле от нищеты.
