@@garlanda The swastika is a symbol with many styles and meanings and can be found in many cultures. However since it had been heavily discredited by the Nazis it's not safe to use it in any context nowadays, both clockwise or counterclockwise.
I am so sick and tired that I can't even use this beautiful symbol of the rainbow without worrying I will be misunderstood. It is sickening, to say the least.

Потрясающе интересно! Если простой канадский фермер разобрался в сути конфликта на Украине, то вполне понятно, что об этом знают все западные политики. И решение переехать в Россию по религиозным соображениям и несогласием с пропагандой ЛГБТ - этот факт говорит сам за себя. Это уже не первая семья из Северной Америки, которая выбирает Россию, как ковчег традиционных семейных ценностей.

You missed the part where it wasn't a Russian bank blocking their money, but a Canadian bank refusing to provide any information about the transaction to the Russian bank.
All the Russian bank got from the Canadian one, was an amount and a receiving account. It didn't receive any information about which account was sending it or any other verification info so under Russian law they had to classify it as erroneous and potentially fraudulent. And when they tried contacting the Canadian bank to get any info at all, all they got was the "please wait" music.

Уже много лет на Алтае живёт бывший американец Джастас Уокер со своей семьёй, создали огромную ферму. В семье работают все, даже дети. Получили российское гражданство. Такие люди нужны нам ещё и потому, что показывают, как надо работать. Когда-то и в России были такие люди, но советская власть обозвала их кулаками и уничтожила.
Учитывая законодательство Канады, при раскладе, который вы предложили, у них могли отобрать детей, объяснив это тем, что родители подвергают опасности детей, увозя их в страну, которая ведёт боевые действия. Думаю, этой семье, находясь в Канаде, было Сиднее как поступить лучше.

I see more and more middle class people barely making it, food is sooo expensive, gas, electricity went up, rents and mortgages are extremely high, many are loosing their car, can't afford to have one anymore! As a fellow Canadian who served in the military, I am proud of the fact that you are doing what you think is best for your family. Family, God and farm is the heart and soul of any great nation. It does not matter if it is Russia or Canada. The current political spectrum within Canada is against the very foundations that have built the country. You are doing absolutely the right thing. It often happens that Russians don't appreciate what they've got: fields, forests, water resources... I think foreigners who've lived in Russia for a long time should come to some universities and talk to students, explain them that they live in a wonderful country with lots of opportunities.

Люди защищают своих детей - это нормально. Не боятся ради детей оставить всё и начать с нуля. Это трудно, но ради детей люди идут на это. И в Канаде действительно земля плохая, а в России чернозём. One thing very scary for farmers in the west is the governments are putting quotos on farmers for production, for water use, etc. Many farms are even being ordered to shut down, even though food costs are rising. The governments are saying there's too much carbon footprint and the solution is to stop farming. I don't understand how they think humans will live without food production, it is insanity. I can totally understand why farmers especially are eager to go to a place with cheap land and the government WANTING them to create as much food as possible and not standing in their way.
It's not just the financial side. It's also about values, traditions, family. The West has given up all that in exchange for decadence, decay and debauchery. Russia offers a home for people for whom traditional values still mean something.

As a Canadian I applaud their decision. Canada is going in the wrong direction. I've been learning the Russian language for the past few months and am very tempted to move to Russia for the following reasons:
1- Cost of living has increased at an unreasonable level. Groceries and gasoline prices are at a record high.
2- The LGBT agenda being pushed in my child's school and in the common culture.
3- The green energy racket, the taxes involved are highway robbery.
4- Canada is turning into little India. They've let in over 1 million immigrants (most unqualified) this past year in a country of like 35 million. A big proportion of the immigrants are all coming from India. They took over nearly the entire trucking industry at this point and highway accidents and fatalities has jumped up like 400%. They're taking over all other industries 1 by 1. Also the amount of real estate available has dropped significantly because they bought up so much, nothing is left so prices shot up drastically. My brother's wife is expecting their third child and they need to move out of their appartement and into a house. But now they can neither find nor afford a bigger place. Feels more like an invasion than immigration.
Only reasons I'm staying in Canada 🇨🇦 (for now).
1- I've paid off my mortgage this year.
2- Most of my close relatives are in my area and my only child has the chance to see them weekly. If we'd move I'd be the only family he would see in person, everyone else woube be by zoom or messenger.
3- As a veteran, it pains me to see what my country is becoming and as a northerner (I live 1000km north of Toronto) who fishes, traps and hunts, I'm so connected to my land it seems impossible to disconnect myself from it by moving.
4- I don't want my son to get drafted by the military.
If stuff doesn't get better in Canada once my son is grown up, moved out and living on his own, then I might move to Russia.🤷♂️

Ну не может маленькое хозяйство тягаться с современной роботизированной фермой. Это требование времени. Люди нуждаются в дешевой, доступной еде.

Придумайте модель, обеспечивающую работу мини предприятий, дополняющих друг друга. Покажите способ организации достойной жизни в селе и частники сами притащат средства и найдется куча людей, желающих сбежать от городской жизни.

And that the prices one can get for meat, while also less than in Canada are - *comparatively* to the living cost - higher in Russia, so that he can make a decent living of that. He also said that the land there is much, much cheaper, so if his kids want to go into farming as well, there is more of a future there than in Canada, where prices are disproportionately getting higher and higher, while the price they get for their food doesn't rise in the same amount. So I'm wondering if you actually looked at, let alone understood, what was said in this vid.
I mean, he said he did the calculations, and even if you *don't agree* with it, at least he's trying to get a better life. A life that seems better to and for him and his kids, not for you. And it's clear he has thought about it; it's not done on a whim. I'm not sure why all the saltiness is necessary. Just let them be. It may pan out, or it may not, but there is no reason to be this dismissive for the goal they set for themselves.

As a Canadian, I do see what he's saying. Canada is different now and while some may be fine with that, there's a lot that don't agree with what's going on here. I'm definitely interested in seeing how these guys do living in Russia. You may see a few more of us move there. Once you get past all the propaganda that's out there, the people look to be quite decent and the countryside looks great.
