So incredibly inspirational! Now Alex is helping others. He is an example of the Wounded Healer archetype.

It started for me at 15 1/2 and I'm now nearly 19 and I'm much worse than then- it's been really radically up & down either very severe in bed bound or last year I thought I was fine when I made a partial recovery and did everything and hugely crashed again - so now it's really really bad and I haven't seen my best friend in 12 months or left the house since May :/
