Wow its so insane to see what humans are able to do. The human body is actually very weak comparing it to several animals, but thinking of a man who can lift over 600 lbs is just intense. Muscles are such a natural wonder, I heard that all muscles in a human body together could (in theory) lift over 6000 lbs. So those thin little stripes can lift a car... Thats so interesting :D
We will see all I can say is if he reaches a Raw 2,500 lb total I think we can all say he is the strongest man in physical brute force. I know of a few other guys in my head but they are all lacking at something - I think the strongest athlete as to be good at all things not just deadlift 1000 lbs off the floor because guess what if you asked that guy to lift up an atlas stone he might get a 400 lb stone off the ground yet here is brian shaw over here deadlifting 900 lbs but getting up a 550 lb stone but at a bodyweight of over 400 then we got big strong guys that are professional powerlifters and bodybuilders who can lift a whole bunch that they have done for several years but you introduce them to something new then it is like nothing for exapmle a guy who can squat 800 lbs can he but squat 800 lbs or 700 lbs can he run a 40 yd dash in less then 4 seconds is his grip strength up to par can he crush a captains of crush level 4 is he mentally strong. I have a lot of strong people in my head including Ronnie Coleman and guys who are mentioned real often like men like Andy Haman. That is why it is very difficult to tell who is the strongest but when I see a man who is fully funcitonal of trying almost anything in strength and coming at 90% at top I think I would have to say he is the strongest because we have guys arguing Zydrunas savicas is the strongest - Ronnie Coleman is the strongest - Ct Fletcher is the strongest - Andy Haman is the strongest - or Magnus Samulesson is the strongest. But these guys compete at different things they know tricks and special stuff for their sport. To really know you would have to let them all train for different things including things like wrist curls pinch grips a competition that would put all of the basic muscles on par because guess what if all these men competed in arm wrestling guess who would win Magnus Samulesson if they were to compete at powerlifting well Ronnie Coleman - Big Z - or Andy Haman would win if they were to compete at sprinting well I really do not know who would win. But you understand all I know is we can determine who is the strongest powerlifter but when you get men out of their sport to compete in antoher it is not fair they are unexperienced. I think the best way to find out this long question is to have the current strongest men from several sports and have a competition involving like 50 different things to test each individual part of their body and add up the percentages and everything.
I like this idea. Let's say that there are 3 legitimate methods of determining strength: Powerlifting, weightlifting, and the worlds strongest man. I think that it is safe to say that if you hold a world title in 2 of the 3, that makes you the strongest man.
That's fucking cool and awesome how this man isn't even ripped to the bone or shit but yet here is throwing up 500lbs and 600lbs like it's nothing! #RESPECTSIR P.S. I'LL BE THERE ONE DAY jus 100lbs from 500 and 200lbs from 600 in the bench press department and 880lbs on leg press even doe I feel I can leg press 900
This guy is just the strongest raw lifter in the IPF. He's not anywhere close to being the strongest raw lifter in the world. He just likes to say that. The current strongest powerlifter in the world is Eric Lilliebridge.
George Leeman, Dan Green, Jeremy Hoornstra, Eric Spoto, Eric Lilliebridge, Stan efferding are all stronger, Eric Lilliebridge being the strongest man in the world I believe. This guy's ego is writing checks his body can't cash.
I'm glad other people realize how big of a buster this guy is. He can't squat for shit so hell never ever be the strongest man in the world. Eric lilliebridge is damn near half his age and this guy don't deserve to even be mentioned with him. This guy needs to hang it up cause he's been washed up for years. Never was anything special anyways.
His bench press is very impressive. He benched 637 in competition. You don't see that too often at all with three lift powerlifters. And he lifts in the super raw division.
His bench is impressive. His deadlift is good as well. But this man can't squat to save his life. Super raw means nothing in those two lifts. That only means anything in the squat. Whether he's wearing wraps, knee sleeves, or nothing it don't matter. He can't squat no two ways about it. He'd do well in a push pull meet. But in a full meet he'll never beat a big name lifter cause he chooses to not lift against big name lifters. Go to raw unity or march madness at supertraining if your that good. Super raw or raw with sleeves there's literally no difference. All sleeves do is keep your knees warm. They don't give you no rebound or add weight to your squat. This dude needs to man the fuck up and learn to squat.
No he didn't. You should search a little bit more. He admits that he just lift it down to his chest but cannot push it up. Eric spoto Pressed 722 lbs, that's the record for raw bench press.
I met him a couple times and took pictures with him a awesome guy great personality
LIGHTWEIGHT BABBEEEHHHH!!!
BOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Literally just got done talking to this dude at my work place
That's why i don't power lift, it takes 3 hours to do 1 rep, nobody got time for that. But respect to the man, STRONG!
explosive strength right there, not taking anything away from him! don't forget about eric spoto!
100 pound plates are awesome, of all the gyms I have been a member, only one had the 100 pounders, I used them every chance I could
woooow u serious . I thought they were 45s. I didn't know there were 100s . I was gonna say 500 my ass tha looks like 310
Is there going to be a live stream of this meet?
LIGHT WEIGHT LIGHT WEIGHT BABBYYYYY.. WOOOOOOOOOOOOO YEAH.
Zydrunas Savickas is the strongest man in history. simple as.
what song is playing in the background during the 1st press? gives me deja vu
Two words BILL KAZMAIER

Crossfit?
Euphoria Trips pretty close to what I am imagining

What about Ryan kenelly?
I cant even squat or deadlift this weight!
Please Ronnie i'm confuse .. i think Brian Shaw is the world strongest man... has he been defeated ?
Hell, his shoulder span is wide as fuck.
Malanichev, Lilliebridge......Kovacs?
tank abbot even did a 600 RAW with no shirt at all or some cheap t shirt
100lbs plate
This guy is just the strongest raw lifter in the IPF. He's not anywhere close to being the strongest raw lifter in the world. He just likes to say that. The current strongest powerlifter in the world is Eric Lilliebridge.
Biggest weight lifted its Andrey malachinev. Eric has 308 class biggest total with wraps and kovacs has without wraps WR in same weight class.
*****
Not anymore. Eric hit 2353 raw without wraps. It's the raw world record total. 1067.5 KGs
PurpleNightmare52 Expected that to happen when he started to compete without wraps nice. Hope he smashes 1100 kilos.
Wheres those plates heavier than normal? Three plates isnt 560 lbs normally right?
he is most likely using Olympic 100 lbs plates.
Looks like 45 lb plates not 100 lb plates I call bs
Louis Cyr was the strongest ever!
if you NEED Inzer wraps and suits...its NOT A warm up lol please
You misspelled "Mariusz Pudzianowski" in the title
Look at those legs though, he may be strong upper body wise, but benching a lot isn't everything.
George Leeman, Dan Green, Jeremy Hoornstra, Eric Spoto, Eric Lilliebridge, Stan efferding are all stronger, Eric Lilliebridge being the strongest man in the world I believe. This guy's ego is writing checks his body can't cash.
Bounce after the pause is not legal in most federations. Don't know how he gets these to pass
Glen Chabot no one better clean be real 675 nite nite dan
Now do a set of like 6 to 8 reps
Why? That's not powerlifting.
Mariusz Pudzianowski is the strongest man ever
I'm glad other people realize how big of a buster this guy is. He can't squat for shit so hell never ever be the strongest man in the world. eric lillibridge derek kendall and that russian andrey malanchiev have him beat
A 620lbs bounce of the belly! Nice..... :S
that's 400lbs not 620 unless thos plates are weighing 30lbs more than what there supposed to...
max murphy!!!!
even CT Fletcher back in the day was stronger back in the day did 700lbs naturally with ease
No he didn't. You should search a little bit more. He admits that he just lift it down to his chest but cannot push it up. Eric spoto Pressed 722 lbs, that's the record for raw bench press.
***** Love CT but it was also a single ply bench shirt.
***** His record Bench was 611 lbs haha
Is this guy even natural? and by the way Zydrunas Savickas is the strongest human being ever!!!
In America.. maybee.. But in Europe - not even once
Lol, Europe is a joke. Russia and America are where the real lifters are.
Ginger InAtree Past 30 years only 3 of the World's strongest man competition winners have been from US. Are you angry?
But the other ones where from Russia. See what I'm saying?
Ginger InAtree Not a single Russian has ever won the competition. No, i don't see what you're saying. Get decent mate.
Zydrunus?... He's the best right now. He's Russian am I correct?
Strong? Definitely. Strongest man ever? No way, sorry :P
Spoto bench 100 POUNDS more than this though. How does this make him the strongest man ever?
Because Dan is strong in every area not just bench…his squat, and deadlift are also crazy
Lad over here is only doing one rep???? Allow this.
Lol eric spoto benched 722..
Soooo I see in the discription that there's no "No steroids" included lol...
Just saying :P
ronnie coleman is still better..
thats BS - Mariusz Pudzianowski is the strongest!
