I was up n for deportation for years last year I got my green card thanks God for my daughter and lawyer
It’s better to give status to anyone who is paying taxes to government with itin or in other form.
Why? For doing what is expected of all of us? Or for breaking the law entering the country, then breaking it again by working without authorization? You think that deserves a reward? Give me a break.

Alot of persons who are paroled cant get work permit because of uscis clock, they saying clock has stop and there is no way for persons to get permit

I don't get it.. How can he talk about fairness when there is absolutely no mention of policies to improve LEGAL IMMIGRATION? The backlog and wait times are so ridiculous for persons who have followed the rules and are waiting patiently for their paperwork to be completed. It just doesn't make sense to me!
ATP they should automatically approve every case in USCIS to rid the backlog. I know it may sound ridiculous however thousands of not millions have been patiently waiting for years. Approved cases = more taxpayers = more money for the government.

Would asylum seekers at the immigration court benefit from any program for undocumented immigrants
Good job always. I came in with a student’s visa over 15 years ago with three college degrees and. without any criminal charges. I’m undocumented till today.

Attorney, i got approved for the deportation removal. Can i apply for the 10 years green. I have been here since 1991up the present in the US. My daughter is American citizen she petition me and they a approved . But still i can't get my green . Im working here in the united state for 33yrs now. I don't have a bad record and i pay my taxes.
