Porkka Playboys' take on "Bohemian Rhapsody" creates a similar feeling. Steve 'N' Seagulls playing Pantera's "Cemetery Gates" in Union Square Park NYC is pretty fun to watch too. The reactions the people have are pretty much universal.
I'm so glad you have gotten to see this! They are cool I love that it shows If you have the desire to play you can and it doesn't need to be traditional or expensive just grab something and Play your passion will shine (huh just like you were saying in your song "find your voice" isn't that Shine's message ?)
that's the great thing about music. You can find the most off the wall sounding thing, and if you love it enough to learn what you're doing, you can make it work. Look at Nini music on Long Ma. She's Taiwanese folk metal. A guy liked her so much he's trying to build her a special electric lute thing that combines the best of both western and eastern sounds.and it's being made to look like some old god's war sword. I totally want one. XOXO
Been a while since I have seen this. Still blows me away. Would love to see your reaction to Iridium by The SIDH. Definitely in the mind blowing category!
If this is your first time watching Steve 'N Seagulls, you are in for a treat! We've been fans for several years now. Who knew you could play AC/DC music with an accordion, an anvil, and a banjo?!!😂 Love these guys and so glad you like them too Chris. Hope you will react to November Rain❤❤
HEY, ya did it! :-) The first time I saw this I thought I'd warped into a new reality. I was really looking forward to your reactions. Did you notice the number of views? It's a fair amount, well over a million the last time I looked. I'm glad you got a kick out of it...just raw whoopie and howdy do! When he drove in on the tractor I thought this is going to be hilarious...turned out to be pretty entertaining. You gotta admit, it ain't AC/DC. :-) Not necessarily as a reaction vid, but if you've never seen Leonid and Friends, "Does anybody know What Time it Is:" it is worth a watch. I may have said this before here. They are a Ukrainian/Russian band based out of Moscow (not sure how that works out now) that didn't speak any English when they recorded that, and most of the annunciation is better than many English speakers you hear sing, save for a few formations that don't occur in Russian. It's a pretty awesome sounding recording, too, done by the guy playing the Base. Dead on and hard hitting. They tour the world now, including the US (at lest did, not sure now), and as far as I am concerned are FAR better than the current Chicago. IIRC, I think one of the current Chicago members might even have said that. Great energy and a superb more accurate copy than cover type presentation. I was blown away, frankly. Make sure you get the in studio, not a live version. I just went and listened again, yeah, awesome! Looks like a few session guys in the mix, maybe. On their 25 or 6 to 4, the lead guitarist really goes insane and outdoes himself. I used to really like Chicago, in the mix on the radio with rock bands, yet with that rarely heard brass/sax/etc. in that genre then. If you don't like it, DOUBLE your money back.
Yeah man much praise should be given the one thing you missed was the clean brakes but I've been wondering just like you how they did the audio as far as that goes all of their other outdoor venues either way they are actually geniuses I have been following them for quite some time obviously and maybe not so obvious but I am a music Major never made anything of myself but I really enjoy people that have
I'm with you that gentleman sure could play or pick that bango. Reminds me of how great Roy Clark was. I really liked that group. Love some good instrument playing and the tune was very catchy. Thanks Chris.🎶🪕
These guys are impressive as all get out! Glad you chose to react to it! They're a Finnish country band. :)
this is not country.
these guys are a finnish bluegrass band that does rock, they kick ass
That was fun!
So much fun! Thank you for recting to this Finnish band🇫🇮🇫🇮🇫🇮
Hope you listen to more of their delightful music!
This was fantastic!!!! I love that acoustic bands are coming back!!!! Inspiring!
This was the first number I saw. I also really like their cover of Cemetery Gates.
It's a first time I ever heard of them. It's entertaining though.
That was simply fantastic gold!
Absolutely LOVED your reaction to these guys!❤
I clicked on this to see your reaction to one of my favorite covers of all time. Love Steve n Seagulls.
Chris, you really need to check out the rest of their stuff. They are amazing.
I love these guys..now that my hands are starting to work I'm learning to play this by ear!
Super talented. Wonder how many tries it took to get this single shot video. They have other videos that are equally impressive.
You've been Sea Gulled !
As an Aussie and very loyal to the original from AC/DC I still love what these guys have done with it.

I had the same reaction when I saw them too

That is really cool! I'm glad he took it down an octave, it went better with those instruments than up high prolly would have. Thanks :)
finnish uniboys,growing so big,
🤩👌💥💯
🤘😎 🇫🇮 💙
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😁😁😁😁😁
They usually mike their live takes with a single X-Y set in the center.
Outfits that’s everyday wear my boi
If you like weird Finnish cover bands, try Leningrad Cowboys and all their stuff with Red Army choir.
Just one microphone from what I've heard. I haven't listened to it through headphones though.
Have you ever reacted to an acapella group called Home Free?..........just a joke 😂😂
Ive got about 15 videos from HF, though theyre more giving behind the scenes commentary than "reactions"
"Kind of an obscure video" coming from a "music producer" who didn't even have the sound from their video mixed up with enough volume...
I think that's more Bluegrass than country. If you want to hear how hard rock turns into country..
I recommend STEVE'N'SEAGULLS - NOVEMBER RAIN
Stop talking and listen comment AFTER !
These guys are pretty good!
