Loved your video, mr. Infinity! I am 77, only been following ATG FOR 2years. , and I am no athlete, just like to stay reasonably flexible, and able to hike and dance in church! Best part is that ATG gave me a backwards treadmill, and it warms me up and then I want to do the rest! 💪🫶
Great video! I am 61 and never thought I could to ATG slant board squats. It takes me forever to do couch stretch, feels fantastic when I am done. I like pullover machine over pullups but I am grateful that hanging really fixed my shoulders and allowed to comfortably use that machine (I was ready to sell it). ATG split squat is amazing. I am still try to appreciate elephant walk, I don't feel a lot when I do it. Daily sled work has become really comfortable welcome way to start the day. Thanks 🙏
Backward sled and flossing are the best two steps we’ve seen to safely get a knee functioning well. We wouldn’t rush anything beyond those two. Watch this video and it explains how to floss your knees: th-cam.com/video/6aHi-FRPK0E/w-d-xo.html You can study this as well: Https://kneesovertoesguy.medium.com/does-your-knee-ever-pop-out-lock-and-then-have-to-be-popped-back-into-place-832c66b638cc
Main reason one can do the sled is it is all concentric which causes little to no muscle damage or soreness…great for athletes because you are not sore..you get stronger and can perform…you can’t perform well if you are sore and not recovered
There's nothing like it guys. Most adaptable and most approachable training ethos that exists.
We really appreciate this! Thank you.
Loved hearing Mr. Infinity speak freely toward the end about how he does what he does. This program, the people behind it really put the truth in ATG.

So glad to hear it is helping you! We do love our backward treadmill! Keep up the great work!
The energy of that room. Great video, thanks for sharing.
We got to keep it energetic! Thanks for watching!

Bro Derek is a beast, repping L-Sit ring pull-ups at 45 is crazy
He is a beast indeed! Will be for years to come also!
🔥🔥🔥

Can you guys do a session outside near water and sand? For people who don’t have equipment but utilize nature. ATG 🆙

I have a loose knee cap. If I'm not careful, I can get a subluxation. What movements can assist in fortifying my knee cap stability?

So is ATG HQ a private gym by invite only? Keep seeing all these people working out there in these videos.
So these are all ATG coaches who come and work out and film at HQ. We are working on a new HQ where public will be able to come also in the future!
Explain using slanted Overhead and Front Squats in the ATG program.
The biggest thing for slanted is that it allows you to have even more emphasis on the quad since your knee can track forward even more.
You actually have to talk to your wife 😂
😂💯
I love how they are not about the bulk
🙏
Did i hear that right? Half body weight sled backwards/forward for 5 rounds? Love the content guys!
Yeah
Will wheelbarrels full of mulch work?
@@Rejoicingwhilewaitingfor that, the resistance isn’t along the ground. More about your ability to keep it suspended in the air.
@@ericmalitz what else could I substitute for the sled? I live on farm.
Ok ok ✅

That is one of the main reasons for sure! Well said!
