Priceless getting to hang with Bryan in-person. There is something unmistakable when you’re with someone who has a big heart for people. You can sense it. Doesn’t matter your background, or anything else. It just is. Bryan has a big heart. Thank you brother. ❤️

Also, Bryan, may i just say that you already did for the humanity more than anyone!!! The diet, supplements, exercise, the importance of sleep... This whole protocol is an absolutely life changing and will increase health span and longevity of people. But only those who understand it and willing to do the work on themselves and take their health seriously 🙌🙌🙌

    Great video! Thank-you!
I'm just starting strength training. I'm 47 and I no desire to go to a gym and bulk up. I just want to be stronger, live longer, and now that I am an older dad of a baby, be able to hold my own when he's 16, and I'm 63.
I'll be incorporating these exercises into what I'm doing.

    •  ปีที่แล้ว +2

Only way to build strength is with strength training, that involves physically breaking your muscle fibers. Your body needs plenty of protein and carbs to repair those fibers, even if you don't want to "bulk" you need to eat a plentiful diet, otherwise you will put your body under more stress.

One of the important points this video makes is the connection between flexibility and health. Flexibility is often overlooked as a minor factor in human health. Yet without the proper flexibility to move the joint through its range of motion, the proper amount of exercise for health may not be possible. As flexibility is often lost over time, this can contribute to the decline in physical activity and health often seen in the elderly. Thus, preserving flexibility can mean exercise, and its subsequent health benefits are possible throughout life.

Hii Bryan and Team, thanks for all the work you and your team are doing. It helped me a lot. I am feeling really relaxed and happy.
What I have integrated into my life and some Info aboute me. I like to share too 😅:
**Food:** I try to get nearly everything from the socially ecological farm next to my house (Demeter Farm, a German ecological standard, very high). I also involve seasonal vegetables. I am vegetarian by choice, eating Parmesan and Mozzarella occasionally (I am Italian 😅).
**Sleeping Routine:** Glasses, calm down session, same bedtime, curtains, cooling ecological mattress cover, quiet nights, etc.
**Sport:** Some exercises from your workout, 2 times climbing per week (2 hours each), 1 time rowing 12km in a team, 1 time cycling (~1 hour), sometimes swimming, and daily stretching exercises targeting my problem zones.
**Skin:** I like making stuff by myself, so I make my creams, soaps, and serums. Like Vitamin C serum for the morning and retinol serum for the night. For sunscreen, I use a good brand from Germany. My skin age is quite good; I always used sunscreen and a lot of protection.
**Hair:** Micro needling + Minoxidil for the receding hairline.
**Brain**: Mostly no stress. I like to learn new stuff, new languages and I like to solve math problems.
**Pills:** Just Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D. My blood values are very good.
**Aging Process:** I am 28, but most people think I am in my early 20s. It could also be just the no beard effect 😂. No gray hairs, full flexibility, no wrinkles, and healthy. I nearly always had a healthy life (a lot of alcohol from 16 to 20, Europe) I drink maybe once a month a beer, never smoked, I always did sport...I had two grandmothers living to 98 and 99. My grandfathers died during the wars. Maybe worth mentioning as aging ist genetics and epigenetics.
    **Recommendations:**
    - I would suggest that the food could be more from regional areas. I think you have a great impact in the long term, so creating more awareness on this topic would be great.
    - One day in the future: Food plans for different areas in the world addressing seasonal, regional, ecological, and of course, healthy food.
    - Skincare could also focus more on eco-friendly products, addressing not just the ingredients, but also the supply chain and packaging.
That's whining on a high standard, of course, but hopefully, this will be our future. 😄
Thanks again, you are a true inspiration!!
