Just finished my c63 w204. Used oem cover and kept seat warmer. Hardest part was fitting the new cover in. Made me sweat a bit. Used a small mallet to ease the corners in.

You forgot to roll the seat cover edge onto the metal lip. Once you do that those creases will be removed with tension.

You skipped how to put it back on... the blue clips would've been nice to see for the install since you popped them and unsure how to reattach. Otherwise the disassembly was good
