When you speeded up the video, you made the ingredients you were adding impossible to identify. Usually the purpose of cooking videos is to help other people make the dish. That can't happen when you hide the ingredients. It's still not to late to fix to get more views if you add the ingredients and instructions in the description box. Hope this suggestion helps you get more subscribers.
