Thanks very much! Glad you enjoyed it. The seasonings aren't much, perhaps $8. The seafood is what's expensive. A boil this small is usually around $60. Most of my crawfish boil videos I've done were around $350-400 per batch.
I love making boils. I need to buy an outside burner. Cuz I live in an apartment and my kids know to hide in their room until I’m done cooking. That seasoning is very strong and will get your nose sneezy and running. So if u cooking this inside try to cover your nose face open some windows maybe a door lol. Always love to cook my boils for my wife and kids though. Drink a few beers put some good music and get to cookin good ol southern boils. Gotta love em
Hey T-Roy! I love your videos man and I've seen most of them. I love the way you cook and the way you present your videos. It makes me feel like I'm with you there drinking a beer with you! Anyway, I'd like to request in your future videos to announce the size pot that you're using. I can't tell if it's 80, 100, or 120 quarts. That would help your viewers to adjust the recipes for their seafood boils. Thanks a lot for the great info and cheers!
You can reuse the water for another boil right after you pull out the 1st batch, but I wouldn't freeze it or use it another day. When we do multiple batches, we always add another bag of seasoning mix to the water for the other batches.

Out of curiosity, why do you use both the bagged Louisiana Shrimp & Crab boil @0:48 and the liquid shrimp and crab boil @7:32?
The crawfish absorb the dry powder while they boil (along with the other flavors). Then the liquid boil, which is super spicy and concentrated, is thrown in towards the end of the cooking process while the crawfish are soaking.
Everyone has their own way to boil crawfish, but generally the liquid boil isn’t used until the end. Otherwise, it tends to overpower all the other great flavors during the boiling process. If you’re not careful with liquid boil, you can end up with hot crawfish that burn your mouth without having much flavor.
